The breakfast was the worst I ever had in a hotel .
The receptionist came to cook it, one egg two little peace’s of bacon everything was so tight.(not worth…..12Euro we were very disappointed ☹️
Everything! they should have a look at other hotels and see how they do things!

Excellent location and very good staff
All excellent

Beautifully decorated room and for once a wide double bed (1.90m). Nice warm duvet.
Smell from drains in the bathroom and the rather soft and squishy foam mattress (I just happen to prefer a firm mattress).

Excellent location right in the old town. Free public parking 5 min walk. It was OK to park outside the hotel for a couple of minutes to drop off/pick up cases.
4.0
The hotel is charming, and very clean & comfortable, and in a superb location to explore this lovely little town The only small criticism would be that the breakfast could be improved
A few small tweeks could make the breakfast a whole lot better

Nice room. Good location. Quaint hotel. Clean.
Very noisy. You can hear everything. I was expecting more. No 24h reception.
4.5
Nice cozy place with great receptionists;
Veronica and Rosana
Hearty breakfast
3.5
The decor is charming and the staff are warm and helpful.
The walls are thin and you can hear people next to you. No coffee or water heaters in the room. Breakfast was basic.
4.5
Spacious room in a beautiful building, quiet location just a few minutes from the cathedral and the main square. The scenic walk along the old wall is not far away.
As usual: Spanish hotels never have a water kettle.

very clean and excellent location
rooms are a bit too small when staying more than one night

Great location, very well kept with lovely rooms and staff
Green emergency light stays on in the room all night which made for a poor night sleep. Otherwise stunning little place

The staff was nice and proactive, trying finding solutions.
The breakfast was very good.
Nice and central location.
Confortable bed
The room was really small, a bit claustrofocbic and had only one window in front of the bed looking at an internal patio. When you opened it the smells downstairs, the noises entered the room, and reduced the privacy.
The bathroom had no ventilation.
Moreover the emergency light was so strong and located close to the bed that it was not enough dark to sleep.
We could not rest and were really disappointed considering is a 4 stars hotel.

Prefekt boutique hotel with a nice pool. There are also rooms to rest and work while you are offered delicious white wine.

Location right next to everything in the old town.
Nice original features
Lovely courtyard housing swimming pool
Lack of tea and coffee in room

Personalised welcome. We parked at the entrance as they recommended, dropped our bags and moved the vehicle to where they showed us (very close). So parking was no issue. The room was beautifully decorated with good quality linen and a comfortable bed. Room just big enough. There was a decent size bar fridge in the room which was unexpected and great to have. The pool area was stunning. We were provided with lovely pool towels. We could use the same towels a couple of times which was good unlike resorts where they are taken back after 1 use which is an environmental issue. Not much shade though for the afternoon at the pool. Sun Loungers and chairs and little tables available. Fine early evening. We didn't have breakfast there. The dining area looked great. Excellent value for money.
Our only remark is that good Spanish music should be played in the common areas rather than the out of date 90s British pop. It doesn't suit the establishment

Great location. Beautiful hotel very clean. Massive bed. Nice to have a fridge in the room .Good WiFi and smart TV with netflix. If I needed anything just asked the lovely staff and they sorted it for us.
Only disappointment was the pool area closed at 9pm so couldn't sit out with a nice glass of wine.

pool very small

Perfect location, the building (an old Renaissance palace), and a pool with lovely poolside area for cooling off. Lovely and exceptionally comfy bed, great shower, and good to have a fridge provided. All the staff that I met were very welcoming and helpful, thank you.
The room was very comfortable but felt a bit bland given the age and character of the building. The pool was quite deep and turned out to be freezing cold, I only saw one person brave going in after dipping their toe. This is a lovely area for relaxing though.
