Tudo perfeito!

A estadia foi maravilhosa! O quarto de frente com vista total do mar, com muito conforto e cordialidade da equipe. Custo benefício excelente. Pretendo voltar em breve.

Excelente acomodação e ótimo custo benefício!

O hotel foi um dos melhores que fiquei em Natal e surpreendeu muito a mim e a minha família em todos os quesitos. Além do ótimo custo benefício, a localização é excelente. Cerca de 200m da praia, há também inúmeros restaurantes e bares ao redor, duas praças de food truck, feira de artesanato e muitas lojas para compra de lembranças, tudo possível a pé. As instalações eram ótimas, funcionários muito bem educados e alegres todos os dias (principalmente os dois do café da manhã). A respeito do café da manhã, somente elogios. Diariamente uma mesa farta de variadas frutas, mais de 4 tipos de pães, 4 tipos de bolos, além de frango desfiado (nunca havia ficado em um hotel que oferecesse frango desfiado no café), ovos cozidos, ovos mexidos, carne seca, tapioca e cuscuz, além de sucos, chás, café e leite. As roupas de cama eram trocadas diriamente, inclusive as toalhas, que vinham sempre cheirosas! A área da piscina é muito boa também e diariamente eles limpam a piscina, além de termos a vista pro morro do careca.

Vi muitas reclamações do hotel, porém, sinceramente não observei nenhum item a ser reclamado, talvez por conta da baixa temporada em que fui com a minha família. A única coisa que reclamaria seria a taxa de turismo que eles cobram (R$2 por dia, por quarto) e não avisaram no check-in e o estacionamento, que é R$20 por dia. De resto, somente elogios e agradecimentos.

Natal - Me quedé a mitad de camino.

No me gustó nada. Un poco el desayuno y el servicio de la gente, que como todo servicio Brasileño es siempre abundante y amable. La ducha era genial, eso si. Pero no tenía shampoo de cortesía.

Debo ser honesto, fui por negocios a esta hotel pero no es un hotel de negocio. Es un hotel de turista de muy bajo presupuesto. Fui siguiendo a un colega local que cometió un error al elegirlo. Muy mala señal o nula de internet, sábanas que no cubren la totalidad del colchón, no tiene servicio de frigobar. La puerta de mi habitación no cerraba bien y debía hacer varias maniobras para que quede cerrada cuando me iba.

Good price/quality

Very good quality/price hotel. Nice breakfast, excellent shower. Good overall staff. I’d like to point out Felipe! A very friendly and proactive employee! Helped with my baby and despite the hotel said there was not a crib, he found one!

I did not have internet connection in my room!

The staff and the location are the spot of this hotel.

During the booking process I'd requested a twin room. On my arrivel I was informed there was no twin room available and I would have to wait for a hotel attendant to prepare my room. I had to wait about one hour. It was late at night and after a long work day I just wanted a place to have a shower and relax, but I'had to wait.

Muito bom

The hotel is very good with great facilities. Daniel at the reception did an amazing job and was super professional and friendly. The location was okay because we prefer places less crowded but that is our taste.
