Lovely hotel in a gem of a location

Great location, lovely staff & great vibe in the hotel. Would definitely go back again.

Residents charged for using the hotel’s sunbeds on the sun deck which was unexpected. Pillows & beds quite hard, but that just personal taste!

Décevant, quelques aménagements auraient permis un meilleur séjour !

Spa, vue, emplacement, salle de sport, petit déjeuner, accès aux restaurants à proximité, décoration intérieure.

Lors de notre arrivée à 3h du matin à l’hôtel, on nous a attribué une chambre communicante avec une autre chambre. À 6h du matin, sèche cheveux, télévision, ça parle fort, horrible pour un premier jour de vacances ! Nous avons changé de chambre, la problématique a été la même, insonorisation inexistante vers le couloir donc très bruyant ! Décevant au vue du prix et des prestations !

Stunning location

Beautifully designed hotel in the most incredible location. Sant Elm is just stunning.

I have never stayed at a hotel where I had to pay extra for sun loungers before. However the room price was reasonable. It's just a surprising concept when you arrive.

Perfect

Location is great, food is delicious, beach is not crowded as it usually in Spain, staff is great, rooms are clean.

The only one small thing is a soundproofing with the next room, there is a locked door between two rooms and you literally hear every noise from there.

Our Room was beautiful with an amazing view. The Hotel is near the beautiful water. Breakfast was good.

the client have to pay 20€ for a sun lounger which i thought was weird. The Reception ladie that i talked to i specifically told her that u need to late check out i want to talk about it on Tuesday about it, early in the morning. She said no you need to talk about it on the same day you are checking out. i was like ok ? And of course what i thought would happen, is oh no sorry you have to check out we are full and i think you didn't understand it correctly ..... Next time if the client wants to ask and inform him or herElf about late check out 4 or 5 days before the day of leaving please give the information so the client knows couple days prior to the leaving day ! When you want to drink something i wait about 15 to 20 min even if they're not alot of people. If you want to eat a burger which is on a kids menu the waitress will look weird at you .... so the service needs a bit of work there

excellent location. friendly staff. comfortable beds and clean bedrooms. plenty on offer for breakfast.

staff spoke limited English. problems with the air conditioning in both of the bedrooms I booked. staff struggled to understand requested for hot oat milk. cold on offer but hot and frothy Wouk’s have been amazing and actually what I would expect of a 4 star hotel.

Very good

Great team here and the new look is super. You cannot beat this place for location. The staff are AMAZING, Air con in rooms great and new style of beach club really works

Softer pillows please, although to be fair these may have been available if we asked. Breakfast is much improved. Lots of choice although flavours a bit bland in some cases e.g. eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms were quite tasteless. Nothing else I could possibly not be happy with. Well done team Aquamarin

Superb

Cute beachside hotel. They did (and as of writing are doing still) an awesome job on the renovation, the design is really well done. Rooms were nice and appointed well. Sant Elm beach is beautiful. It is quite remote on Mallorca so make sure that is something you intend. For us it was great for 2 nights.

Should fill the showergel more often. In our was quarter when we arrived and never was filled so in the third day was empty.. Also the handgel..

Good location

Good location near the beach. We had half board. The dinner was poor. Food looked good but tasted poor. It could have been bought at Iceland. Bedroom a bit small and soap dispenser did not work.

Perfect beach holiday

The receptionists are very helpful. Amazing views from the room. The general atmosphere at the hotel, quiet and polite but helpful. A perfect holiday there and I would like to go back one day. The sound of the sea from the room and the view of the stars is so relaxing and unique nowadays.

I cannot mention a single thing.

Relaxing location with beautiful surroundings but hotel needs improvement

Such a cool location, away from massive gatherings of people, just the right amount. Unbeatable views from the Seaview balconies. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cleaning top notch.

The only reason I gave an 8 is the location, staff and value. Otherwise this would get a 5-6 rating. The building needs a renovation, the walls are paper thin and you can hear a normal conversation clearly next door. It's one thing that you always get a door slamming neighbor, or people yelling in the hallway, that is not hotel's fault but when the walls are this thin, it's a problem. Doors could not be closed properly, neither the bathroom door, or the room door - creating unnecessary noise and unintentional door slamming. While there was good amount of choices for breakfast, the quality was not there - sausage was misarable, scrambles eggs tasted like plain jello, toaster one morning was not working. Lastly, the wifi broke the day we arrived and they could not get a technician to fix it for 2 days.

Superb

Nice view from the balcony, with sunset. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices, with even vegetables, salads among eggs and ham. I liked the bathroom, with a bath that could easily used as a shower due to space on the side of it.

The noise insulation was almost non existent, we had to put ear protections in order to sleep, but even with that i could still hear the "boom" from people walking upstaires

Has potential but the food really did let it down.

Location was really nice, and the views over the bay were great especially for dinner and breakfast. There was also a nice music act on our final day. The rooms were of a good size and the whole hotel was clean with good covid measures. If you are or speak German then you will be able to talk to the staff no problem, the hotel and the area of Saint Elm seemed to be catered very well for German tourists.

The food was cold. It really was hard to find food at the buffet that wasn't cold by the time you sat down. It was a shame as my first night the food was nice and was warm, in comparison to the other nights. A small thing that I noticied was the lack of labels for the food, which would make it difficult for those with dietary requirements, and to help you choose what dish you would like. Also there were so many added extras such as Beach towels, hotel sun beds ect.

Great value for money

Very good value for money and the breakfast was exceptional.

The receptionist added a 1 euro donation to unicef to our tourist fee without asking. The bathroom window wouldn't stay open, so there wasn't much ventilation.
