Great location and lovely host!

The location of this property was great - close enough to attractions but far enough for a lovely walk. The apartment was a great size and with the kitchen and washing machine we were able to get comfortable. Maddalena our host was lovely and responsive to any questions we had. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was clean. As a bonus we could access Netflix. Maddalena thank you for a making our stay in Messina easy.

Perfect stay at Mesina

En realidad todo era perfecto, la TV de más de 65 pulg en la habitación fue lo mejor

Podrían tener las instrucciones de los electrodomésticos disponibles para poder usar todo, quisimos usar la secadora de ropa pero no nos fue posible, esto no fue inconveniente buscamos en donde secar afuera

Appartamento dotato di ogni cosa,stoviglie, caffè,TV con Netflix,ecc.. posizione eccellente,5m dal centro e vicino a negozi, parcheggio sotto casa.Peccato esserci stati solo una notte.

Cozy apartment for a family of four (4)

Both Cristina and Simona were super helpful and quick to answer any question via WhatsApp or the telephone. We arrived a bit late, but Simona was there, opened up the house for us, explained everything and checked-in us in no time. The apartment was fully serviced, you had bottled water, coffee, cleaning agents, etc; we were not expecting all of those, so we were pleasantly surprised. We had two big TV with Netflix, which was a blast for the kids, when we had to kill some time. Really recommended to go to the American Bar to have a good "Granita Caffe' con Panna" for breakfast. I would definitively come back and recommend this to friends and relatives. Parking is free, but it might be a challenge to find a spot if you have a big car, since roads are narrow and busy.

The HVAC units were not working very well; we survived, but when it gets hotter it might be a problem; in particular the bedroom units was not working; the living room one was working, but quite noisy, so we were not keeping it on all the time. I honestly did not like the door code, because it did not give us a good security feeling, so I would maybe arrange it in a different way.

Lovely apartment and Cristina the host was amazing!

Very clean & spacious and everything you need has been thought about. Cristina was an excellent host who was always on hand so much so we asked if we could have a toaster when we first got there and she actually went out a bought a new one for us ….

Cant think of anything other than don’t be put off by the outside of the building.

My wife and I loved the attentiveness of the owners and the apartment itself.

The location of the apartment and the information provided by the owner about the neighborhood were great.

I liked everything and have absolutely no complaints.

Superb

Comfortable apartment, clean, big, with everything what you may need.

Neighbours (teenagers) were very loud, and we can hear them very well at the apartment, what sometimes was annoying

Exceptional

It was very comfortable and modern. Everything was very clean. The shower was amazing with vey good water pressure. The bed was very comfortable with a very good mattress. Location is great with everything in walking distance. There are a few supermarkets in close proximity to the apartment.

Perfect place for Messina

The apartment was very clean and clever designed. All the facilities were enough for our short accomodation. The host of the apartment Christina was great person and helped for everything.

Comfortable apartment in a good location.

The thermostat was dysfunctional throughout my visit and it was difficult to regulate the heat. Also, parking was seldom available near the unit. Not really soundproof as advertised.

Exceptional

Perfect apartment, very new and very clean. Super comfortable installations, we stayed with our 2 small children and had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, washing machine, microwave, Netflix and good wifi, air conditioning in both rooms. Parking was easy to find on the street. Very well located close to the Duomo, cafes and restaurants. We loved everything and will come back.

Amazing place in Messina

Brand new apartment in perfect location of Messina. Great host that has thought of all small details. Very comfortable beds. Doublebed and bedsofa is convenient now in these times as me and my friend could split up. Breakfast at a café nearby where you can get coffee and a pastry.
