There was very little to like about the place once you left the reception area. If they hadn't taken payment up front and we didn't need to be in town we would have left.
Description of the room was misleading - definitely should remove "Quality " from the description.
Dingy, small, not "fully refurbished", no mini bar, no iPod dock as stated, double bed shoved between to old twin bed heads, fridge was left open with milk in it, no water pressure, furthest room from reception in a dark dingy rabbit warren - wouldn't want to be there if a fire broke out - you would have no chance of reaching safety or surviving.

As always a good location and not a bad 4 star hotel.
Stayed in room 223. It was close to the pool but we had to negotiate a fairly tight set of stairs which was not ideal. The room overlooked Deakin Avenue and it was noisy. Very, very noisy. In fact almost impossible to sleep between 12 midnight and 6am.

Location to eating venues
Room was not a King room, the bed may have been king but only just fitted in the room.
Open milk in fridge, no spare toilet rolls and only about 20 sheets on current role.
Bathroom sink could not be used as the push down plug was faulty. The bathroom sink tap was very loose and close to falling off. Nowhere to put bathroom items as on about 5 centimeters from sink to cabinet wall. Only a couple of major lights no bedside lamps or lights you could turn on to read and not disturb partner. However, there was a broken bedside light in the wardrobe?
Also airconditoner did not work, had to set to 15 to get cool air only, all settings were correct, however filter looked blocked and dirty .
Over all hotel is outdated and dressed up online to look inviting, clean and modern.
