Beautiful grounds and nice apartment with lovely view overlooking mountains and sea
Shower was not very powerful

Location was ideal, staff very helpful and friendly, bungalow was very clean, spacious and had everything you needed.
We had an evening meal, not very keen on the meal options but that was just our opinion.

The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Also the location of the hotel is excellent. It's a short walk to Grand Anse beach, a shopping mall, restaurants and public transportation.
Breakfast was expensive however the rooms have kitchenettes so you can make your own.

Great location for the beach 5 mins walk. Well appointed rooms (slightly dated).
Grounds were stunning and well maintained
Slight delay on food order but time to enjoy another beer!

Blue Horizons is wonderful - the location (close to Grand Anse) is perfect, and walking distance to a supermarket and restaurants.
The staff were exceptional - from the very warm welcome, housekeeping and the bar staff, everyone was warm, friendly and super helpful.
The rooms are great, clean, well proportioned, and importantly nice and cool.
As for the hotel grounds, they are just beautiful. Even in the middle of dry season the gardens were immaculate - such a lovely setting for a holiday in Grenada.
Nothing - the photos don’t do the place justice.

Relaxing pool area & room felt spacious
Tried breakfast once, we found it expensive

The tranquility and proximity to the Grande Anse beach. The gardens were beautifully kept and the whole resort was so quiet and relaxing. Also the staff - reception and cleaning, were so friendly and helpful. Good proximity to a large, well stocked supermarket for self catering.
The villa was poorly equipped for any kind of proper self catering. Only a few very basic pieces of equipment; there were no jugs or bowls of any sort for either measuring, mixing, pouring or for a salad or for fruit. No tray for carrying anything to the outside terrace and no hand towel in the kitchen, just a small tea towel for drying dishes and hands. We chose Blue Horizons as we wanted to be fairly self sufficient with frequent “ in house” dining but this aspect proved quite difficult with such a limited amount of even basic equipment.

Great location for beaches and restaurants. very helpful staff and very convenient having a small kitchen. The free use of a hospitality room was also a bonus as we had an evening flight home.
The fitted furniture was very tired.

The property was beautiful and had a lovely garden and swimming pool. It was also well-located and was in walking distance to many restaurants. We arrived very late because our plane was delayed by 3 hours. The person at reception was very helpful because she advanced us money to pay our taxi from the airport (no ATMS at the airport). She also arranged for us to have a light dinner brought to our cottage.
Food was very over-priced. For example, a mediocre breakfast cost C$40 each. Second, we had dinner in the restaurant. But because the kitchen was a long way away the food was lukewarm by the time it reached us. Nor was it particularly good. It was also more expensive than meals at the 4-star resort next door, where we ate several times.
Another problem was that the phone in our room stopped working after 3 days. When we reported the problem several times during the rest of our stay, no one seemed to know why it was not being repaired. This was a serious issue because we are an older couple and our cottage was at the far end of the resort and had we needed help during the night we would not have been able to communicate by phone.

Beautiful setting and gardens

The gardens are simply beautiful and the location for Grand Anse Beach and also Mourne Rouge is very convenient (5 and 10 minute walk respectively). The relationship with the Spice Island Hotel was also helpful as it provided access to high quality beach front food.
The kitchen in the room was excellent and well equipped
Breakfast is very very expensive (most costly we found on the island and have observed anywhere recently!) and the reception staff weren’t very helpful in providing any directions or suggestions.
We asked for suggestions on where to eat and were told that only the restaurant at the hotel was good and that it wasn't safe to walk outside the hotel (we walked everywhere during daylight and nighttime and never felt unsafe - there is a police station right in front of the hotel!).
The bathroom was very very dated; the water pressure was not good and the fittings were very old.

Calm, peaceful in beautiful surroundings
We had breakfast provided by the resort on the first day as we hadn't had an opportunity to do any shopping. I must say that it was an underwhelming experience.

Great location, 5mins walk to Grand Anse Beach and 8mins from coffee shop, Spice Mall and restaurants. Comfortable room and very good breakfast. Staffs were very nice
Pressure at shower was very low while other faucets in the room were strong

Cynthia, the receptionist, made me feel very comfortable. She came over as a very caring person. All staff I interacted with were pleasant and went out of their way to help.
The kitchenette was beyond my expectation. It is well appointed and the appliances are top notch.
The shower stall leaked onto the toilet area..

Great service and very friendly staff....even though we just stayed one night the owner came and greeted us personally and welcomed us. Facilities are exceptionally well kept, and very clean. The accommodation is very generous and comfortable. Great value for money.

The Gardens were very beautiful and well kept and the rooms were great with good quality appliances. Staff was very friendly and helpful and price was good.🙂
Great place to stay. The only drawback was getting to the beach. Although the beach was close by there was another favourite smaller beach which was a little further away. It would of been good to have a shuttle service.

Glorious gardens/landscaping with phenomenal accommodations! The staff are warm and exceedingly happy to assist. I cannot wait to return one day!

I love the location of this beautiful gem. It's very close to the famous Grand Anse beach and Morne Rouge beach.
The nearest supermarket is also very close too which was very convenient.
This garden resort is very beautiful and is a home away from home. I much prefer places like this as I am not a fan of big chain hotels as I feel these spoil the island experience.
I would highly recommend this lovely gem if you are looking for somewhere peaceful and quiet with the amenities close by.
This place is very good for families as the rooms are big enough to accommodate a family of 4.
I will definitely be returning here again.
The only downside which is not a major one is that the television didn't work properly in my room as the picture was grainy.
This is not important though as the main purpose of a holiday is to go out and explore the island.

beautiful gardens, convenient location, nice pool and friendly, helpful staff.
accommodation interiors were a bit dated but clean and provided everything we needed.
