Le train, la sécurité des chambre qui s'ouvre facilement de l'extérieur j'ai réservé via booking il y a un problème dans la réservation d'une chambre aucun geste commercial alors que j'ai réservé 4 chambre

Everything was ok. Most of the receptionist staff are friendly.

They have a cuadruple room. The kids room was upstairs.

The toilet is not totally clean at all.

Bon séjour entre amies mais des petits manques à revoir.

Un bon petit déjeuner varié. Rien à dire.

Les distributeurs à eau étaient pleins et étaient hors service tout le week-end. Plus de dépliants pour les visites à Paris comme à une certaine époque. Bagagerie à 2 euros à l’arrivée et autant pour le départ. Idem, avant, c’était une prestation gratuite. Les tarifs des chambres ont aussi bien augmentés.

Het hotel was prima voor een korte visite aan de stad.

De locatie was top, dichtbij het metro station en de Eiffel toren was lopend ook goed te bereiken.

Het ontbijt was prima, maar niet veel keuze. De kamer was aan de kleine kant, dat was voor een kort verblijf prima.

Okay for short stay, safe location

Clean rooms Location is near to metro station and feels safe Easy check-in and check-out Stuff is helpful in hotel and response quick via booking

Currently there is a restoration work in 5th floor. It might be problem for people who wants to sleep late. There was only one towel for each person. It could be nice to have hand towel for regular use and one for hair. The water pressure was very low in our bathroom, it still works but it was difficult to use.

Bad experience, you should avoid this hotel

I did my best to like something, but unfortunately not possible

This was a very bad experience for 2 nights: - Hotel refused my AMEX, and asked for management, Director replied very imploitly this a problem with my AMEX, and I am a frequent traveler and never problem with AMEX - Room very noisy because of metro very close to the hotel - Reception unfriendly and rude - Room facility: doesn't exist at all, even the glass was on paper -Breakfast minimum of acceptable I do not recommend this hotel at all,

Great value budget hotel close to Metro

Great value Paris hotel close to Metro stops. Reception was helpful and efficient. Room fairly basic but clean and comfortable. In the evening food can be ordered direct to your room from a screen in the reception area. I ordered a burger which was very nice when it came, but be aware when it gives a delivery time you need to add an hour on to it!

The air conditioning was fairly ineffective

Half of the staff was helpful, and the others were rude to us as well as to their colleagues.

Day time receptionist was friendly and helpful.

Good for short stay while visiting Paris

Proximity to metro and ease of getting into paris tourist attractions. Shower is great and lighting in bathroom if your a girl!! bed is comfortable. two windows over each other so it’s quiet! room was made up every day by lovely cleaner lady. shop 5min walk away

all vending machines were broken. no where to get food in building. no hand towel in room (you get two bath towels). no bin in room. staff are nice but it’s not the type of place where they help you with all your tourist questions!! arrive knowing where your going and where the nearest metro is etc. Reception ordered us a taxi to airport from hotel and it cost €52. I checked FreeNow app and it would have been around €22 (approx) if we had ordered from that!! agh. Check in is 3pm

Reasonable price in Paris

You can expect practically only “Bed” in this hotel room. No soap, no shower cap, no basic amenity in the bathroom. Only the gel soap fitted to the shower booth’s wall, which was very inconvenient to wash hands. No electric kettle for hot water, no coffee / tea / cup set. (Only one paper cup for the two nights stay) No hair dryer. Hard mattress. Noise from train (ear plug strongly recommended)

I like the beds & linens, location is ok.

At the reception i ask help for a taxi to bring us to Orly Airport, instead they gave us not a taxi, but may be a friend of them, i think the driver asked too much fare from us, because compared to the real taxi from Eiffel tower to their hotel at past 11pm, that will consume more km. than to the airport, we payed more less.
