Great event but wouldn't stay next time.

Service and staff. The event we attended.

Basic and small room for the money. No kettle etc. weren't able to have a drink at the bar when we arrived. Given wrong prices for the drinks we ordered.

Their service was very poor, sometimes our lunch took more than 2 hours, their staff were so rude specially those for room service when we called to follow up for our food they just hanged the phone.

Poor room service, delivery been so late, check in checkout took a while.

Chilled place, cool vibe great people, instantly on holiday chilling from the moment you step inside the hotel.

Destino is a great location and ideally located to both explore the island, enjoy the Ibiza party vibe and relax with stunning views. Hotel is always welcoming and all staff are there to help from the moment you step out of the taxi to the moment you leave. A special shout though to the welcome you get from the reception team, with a special mention to the reception manageress, Gafnit. The welcome you get there sets you up as it should and makes you feel instantly at home and ready to relax. Nothing is a problem and they are there to make your stay a the best it can be. Well done to the team there, it made my stay, although the sun, food and drink always helps. If you want a chill Ibizan vibe, no fuss but care and service this hotel is ideal. Been there 3 times now and will always go back.

Most amazing holiday of my life x

Most amazing stay for my 30th, with the staff giving me a celebration letter and complimentary bottle of sparkling wine - thank you. One day we laid around the pool and a fabulous singer was singing. The breakfast was unbelievable. All staff very friendly and kind.

Place is very nice, pool is amazing, with great DJs, food is excellent, and the crew from the hotel is very helpfull and polite.

There is a shooting area nearby and you can not enjoy in silence.

I cannot emphasize enough how much I would recommend this hotel! On my partner's birthday, they went above and beyond to make it a truly special day. The staff were incredibly attentive and exceptionally friendly. We received a heartfelt welcome, and if you're seeking a luxurious stay in Ibiza, this is the perfect place to choose. As someone who visits Ibiza annually, I can confidently say that we will be returning next year and enthusiastically recommending it to all our friends. I also want to give a big shout-out to gafnit for their outstanding customer service. They were absolutely amazing! We can't wait to see you again next summer

Destino made our Ibiza experience unique and we will definitely be returning.

The facilities were well maintained, the service was fantastic as the staff were very accommodating to our every need. Best breakfast we have had in awhile! Special shout-out to Antonio who was very helpful and prolonged our stay at a very good rate.

It’s close to a shooting range and you can hear all the planes flying above.

Great location and views from pool area. Staff are all lovely and food is also great.

The complex is now getting a bit tired and needs a bit of a refurb. Music around pool area a bit too loud in afternoon / early evening which makes having a chilled conversation or nap difficult. We're regular clubbers, so like music etc but it was too loud.

Disappointing and overpriced

This hotel is hugely overrated - the facilities are poor and it trades on its relationship with the Pacha nightclub. The rooms are tiny and tired and In need of a refurbishment and it was difficult to unpack let alone get comfortable. There was no kettle in the room, nor ironing board. It is extremely expensive- food and drink is ridiculously overpriced and the staff are unreliable when it comes to charging if you have been around the pool. Twice in 3 days they got the bill wrong or muddled. The amount charged made us feel very resentful. Large parties and day visitors were prioritised-despite us having spent approx £200 per night to stay. Don’t choose this hotel if you want a restful stay- until about 1pm the pool is quiet and the music more of the Ibiza chilled vibe- thereafter they ramp it up to the point where it’s uncomfortable and there is nowhere to escape it. We were disappointed as our family had been a few years ago and were keen for us to experience it but they also felt there had been a marked deterioration.
