location and quiet. staff always helpful. lizarna was good and access easy from outside.
pictures on booking not like reality. sports area was under going construction and extra fees to use pool so not used. apartments with very steep stairs and did not have full handrails so not safe for anyone. rooms also did not have curtains on windows which I thought odd.

Breakfast was quite nice. Hotel overall clean.
One of beds had a very springy slightly slanted mattress. Very uncomfortable!
No handtowels provided.

Located close to mountain activities - Sky bridge, Sky walk and Mammoth Alpine Coaster. Large parking place.
Breakfast could be a little bit better. Our room had a very steep staircase, you could even say it was dangerous.
There was a price disagreement with the hotel (this is currently being resolved).
Unfortunately, there was a disagreement about the price of the rooms. When ordering a room for 5 persons, it turns out that the booking price was for 4 persons and it was necessary to pay 35 euros more on the spot than in the original reservation. Be careful when booking a room!

The breakfast and location is good.
The room was fine but the frae broke on one of the doors and the stairs in the apartment were dangerously steep for anyone let alone a young family.

Beds were comfortable. Room and bathroom were spacious and warm. Kitchenette between room and bathroom was an added bonus, especially as we needed to make early breakfast due to early start for snowboard cross races.
Lack of electrical plugs at bedside. Some lights and light fitting would benefit from an upgrade. It seemed expensive but there was very little accommodation left in the resort and I did book late, it would have been better value had I been able to book earlier.

Property was nice and welcoming. The staff was superb and they are dog-friendly. It's run by a nice couple and their daughters.Although unfortunately what seemed little bit un-professional was that they would do their invoicing and administrative work on one table im the dining area daily... this was little bit odd.
The mattress and pillows were not comfortable in our room and because of this we did not have good sleep both nights that we stayed here. This is a real shame because the hotel was nice and refurbished but the beds were the only miss. Also one hard miss was that on one morning I discovered filthy fork on my table which was not cleaned or polished.

Very nice hotel with spacious rooms.
( We stayed in the family room for 4 people - duplex)
The restaurant was very good especially the blueberry dumplings 😋
Friendliness of the staff.
Use of the spa/pool I would expect to be included the price.
Breakfast could be a little bit better.
Cappuccino should be included with the breakfast not to be charged extra.
Great hotel but loosing points on silly charges..

The shower was hot! Location is good
Infested with flies !! Even the breakfast (which you can’t eat) was covered in them !!
Not sure how they can even serve food and drink like that !
