The property was clean, and quiet. Nice environment.
No AC for 24 hours and no attempt at a prompt resolution. No staff on premises, call center answers your calls. Would not even give us a different room. 97 degrees and no AC is NOT a fun vacation.

Absolutely loved our stay at the resort! The studio is situated in a charming small village with convenient walking access to the beach and three refreshing pools. The location couldn't be better with a Publix market right next door.
The studio itself was impeccably clean and fresh, with no hint of humidity. The bathroom was well stocked with plenty of towels, and the kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a blender, two coffee makers (one for capsules and the other for drip).
We especially enjoyed the spacious balcony overlooking the serene lake - a perfect spot to unwind and take in the beautiful views. Overall, a fantastic experience and we can't wait to return! Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Location was good for wedding we were attending. Cooking facilities good. Close to two grocery stores (Publix, Winn-Dixie). Nice balcony with view of lake.
The layout felt like a prison block--concrete walkway running past doors. Got a call minutes after we arrived saying that we were partying too loud. We were three senior citizens sitting in the kitchen. The whole place just felt kind of run down.

Love the combination for the door instead of a physical key.

It was a relatively convenient place to stay joining our children and grandchildren for a week. They had rented a house and we needed a place reasonably close to theirs. This worked. The hotel was not the reason we came. The wine bar was good and the pizza place and the breakfast/lunch shop was as well.
The lobby of the hotel was closed for renovation and the staff was not as accommodating as they might have been with the prevalent conditions. Friendly staff makes up for a lot when there are issues with the property. A lot of renovation was going on in the hotel and the adjacent shops, etc. Also a long walk to the beach.

Really nice place. Convenient to a lot of stuff
They are upgrading a lot of stuff and our last 24 hours we had no water. I called vacasa three different times and no one ever came to fix. Could not shower because water pressure would not be present after like 15-30 secs. I feel that was unsatisfactory but everything else was top notch. Rest of week everything was good. I feel I should receive some compensation for last day because that’s a pretty big inconvenience enough to where I just skipped my last day of plans and left at 1am because I couldn’t sleep because of inconvenience.

How quiet the property was. The lake view and view of the ocean over the houses was great. Huge pool.

It was close to beach and pool.
It was a bit dirty and the toilet felt like it might come off the wall or floor. The bathroom really needs a makeover/deep clean. There wasn’t a real oven, only a toaster oven. The batteries for both TV remotes were dead, so we had to run to get batteries after hours to watch tv. There was a leaking sound in the A/C or water heater closet that we just ignored as there wasn’t any flooding.

The layout, lake and little walking area with general store, cafe, club.
Really nothing.

The initial door code was incorrect and the phone wait time to gain condo entrance was lengthy.

It was quite, convenient, location
We couldn't see our motorcycles from our room. Website said there was a ice maker in the refrigerator that was in the room, did not indicate that we needed to bring. There was no office or to check-in and there was no mention that the keypad we were supposed to enter pin code would be located on the room door not downstairs. Did not specify that check-in was done by entering pin code on the keypad on the door. There was only one bed.

Horrible vacations, dirty floor, faulty and nosy AC, next door unit was remodeled, flooring: sounds of saw and hummer banging started at 8am through 9pm. Avoid unit 308. The worst vacation ever. sorry you lost out trust.

I liked the text support feature with vacasa. I also like being able to do check in and check out via phone. I liked that the property management made the experience personal for me. The pictures online held up to standard and I have shared the property with future clients and will refer to those visiting the area.
Not being able to check in before 4:00 PM was a dislike for me.

Always like Carrilon beach inn and resort locations, best in the world for me. This time around I was booked with Vacasa. The service was fair. No wifi, tv remotes, did not work. I think VACASA fall short in managing, their part of the property. Next time I will call the lobby to book with them. And I think Vcasa add all kinds of scatchy fees to bump up the price which I have to investigate if they are legitimate and are paid to the agencies intended for.
Carrilon beach inn and resort facilities is beautiful, peaceful, safe and well kept

The first night a very loud beeping alarm went off from around 10pm-9am constant. We went to the front desk of the inn and the lady immediately reported to maintenance and they found out it was a fire alarm malfunctioning the entire night. We reported to Vacasa front desk and she stated "we have nothing to do with that." We were unable to sleep that entire night due to the noise and would like to have been compensated for that night.
