Then, step inside to an afternoon in the game room with a pool table that can be converted into a ping pong table, a TV/DVD, a stereo with poolside speakers, and a wet bar with refrigerator and microwave. Nearby, there is a convenient full hall bath, and three bedrooms, all with smart TVs with streaming capabilities. One bedroom has a king bed, one is a king master bedroom, and one has a pyramid bunk with a private full bath. Four more bright and colorful master bedrooms with TVs occupy the mid-level - three with king beds and stunning ocean views and one with two singles. The last bedroom is a master suite on the third level with a king bed, TV/DVD, Jacuzzi tub, and separate shower.
Soothing Mediterranean-inspired décor on the top level enhances the family gatherings that make every beach vacation memorable. Fill the kitchen’s two refrigerators with your favorite foods and effortlessly prep and cook delectable meals in the t fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops. There is space for all at the 12-seat glass top dining table with four more seats at the breakfast bar. After dinner, relax together in the charming great room featuring a 55" home theater system with surround sound and a wall of windows framing the beautiful Atlantic. *Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
