Amazing property in amazing location. Highly recommended.

Tuscany location was great for exploring around (Florence, Cinque de Terre, etc.). The property has the relaxed vibe and we had a warm welcome/stay from the staff.

It was unusually hot days in Tuscany. The room does not have air conditioning so it was a little bit hot. BUT overall, it was an excellent experience.

A wonderful, most enjoyable wedding weekend. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Breakfast was delicious and the location was very nice. It would have been wonderful if other meals were available as well.

Stunning hotel in the heart of Tuscany

The location of Fattoria La Loggia is amazing. It is a close drive to great wineries like Antinori and their apartment style accommodation is great on the eyes. They also have a beautiful view of the hills from where you have breakfast.

The beds could be a bit more comfortable which is the only reason I am not giving a 10/10.

Home away from Home!

The staff made us feel like at home. They did everything and even more to make our stay exceptional and one of the best birthday celebrations. The best stay and experience we had so far!

Quiet, clean, rustic reisdence

The rooms were unique as they were rustic (restored old brick, exposed beam, loft). The rooms were very clean; the staff was very friendly. If desired, the kitchen is well equipped. We were off season so there were very few guests. It was very peaceful and restful. This is a fairly isolated location although there is a village nearby.

If you want to be in a city/village, this is not for you. I would recommend this only if you have your own transportation.

The whole property was beautiful and packed with many details to discover. We really enjoyed the many sitting groups all over, e.g the one outside on the vineyard. Our room had a lovely charm and nothing to complain about. Please be aware about the pool closing during off season.

If you are seeking tranquility, this is the place! We spent whole week here and had a fantastic time. The apartment with two separate rooms was cosy, rustic and really clean. Kitchen had everything we needed for preparing small meals. Bathroom clean, little water dripping but that's the issue for plumber. If you are used to some continental breakfast you may be disappointed, but that's how Italian breakfast look like - fresh cake, some croissant and coffee. Ivana prepared fresh cake every morning, but there are always other options such as cheese, ham, bread, eggs, yogurt, fruit. Also two fresh juices. All surroundings is like from the movie. If you look in every way there is some photogenic view. The pool was clean, great temperature. Be prepared with some swimming caps, that's required. We also tried their wine and olive oil. Just delicious. Also we asked if it's possible to prepare dinner for us. Ivana made some proposed option for us and had pasta with fresh tomatoes following baked pork cuts with salad and potatoes. With local wine, view during sunset with vineyard ... just balm for the soul. Definitely going back, because we felt in love with the place, with Ivana and all her staff. The cousin, views, pool, room, people everything perfect.

Pretty perfect in every way.

From the moment we arrived Ivana and the staff were so wonderful and welcoming. Our three bedroom apartment was wonderful with so much character and it very comfortably fit our family of six. The grounds were beautiful, the location was stunning, the pool was a much needed relief from the heat, and the sunsets were stunning. Breakfast was simple, yet delicious, with homemade breads and pastries by Ivana herself. our kids enjoyed walking the grounds, playing ping pong, and chasing the local cat. Such a wonderful place!

While I knew going into it that there was no AC, it was hotter than we expected. We were so thankful for the fans in all of the rooms and the tips on when to open/close the windows each day!

Amazing estate that makes you feel at home

Little paradise in the chianti hills, everything is taken care of with such love and detail that you feel at home right away. Very accommodating staff, lovely wine tasting and spacious room. Breakfast was served in a picnic basket to be enjoyed anywhere on the lush estate. We could not have asked for a nicer stay. Definitely visit if you get the chance! We’ll be back for sure.
