Честно говоря, все! Локация, номера, спа, ресторан, завтраки, сервис. Отдельное спасибо за сервис! Ощущение, будто тебя встречают, как самого долгожданного гостя!
Все идеально!

Best SPA I’ve been to in a long time. The place felt soo comfortable right away. The Reception was wonderful and welcoming. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed.
The food was tasty and resonable price. 13-20€ for the main course. Breakfast was amazing, we had roomservice breakfast on the balcony, which was amazing.
SPA zone is perfect, enjoyed the evening in the jacuzzi with a champagne bottle.
The coctail bar was nice. Tasty coctails!
And enoyed the morning with Sups on the lake.
Overall everything was very good.

Ultimate getaway location. Nice facilities, amazing food at the restaurant!
Sadly couldn't enjoy the spa as the area was full of children who were treating it as their own playground...jumping in the pool, shouting and using jacuzzi unsupervised. There should be an age limit for spa zone.

This has been such a marvellous experience for not only myself but all my friends. The staff went above and beyond to ensure all your needs were met, they made us feel so comfortable, happy and always well looked after. The cleaniest spa resort I have been to with the freedom of lake swimming. We felt safe and cared for. Massages were exceptional and great value for money. We will be back and tell our friends and family to go here. Big shout out to the girls managing the reception and the restaurant.
Loved everything!!

Definitely the best spa hotel in Latvia. Wonderfull nature, so quite and peaceful, nice room in bath just in the middle, excellent food, night lights at boardwalk by the lake, best relaxing face massage in my life (you should have it too!), good spa with warm water without any chlorine in the swimming pool. That is what i needed to relax from active lifestyle and city traffic. Will be back with my family on Christmas, booked apartments already.
Bed is too soft for me

Wonderful hotel, amazing spa facilities, gorgeous room, breathtaking view, nice staff
Food in the restaurant was poor and overpriced for what it was, breakfast wasn't great either and no vegetarian menu for the dinner. I would advise you to eat outside of the hotel

some bath didn’t work. pealing/scrubbing massage was not really relaxing and was not made to all body.

clean facilities, excellent spa area, play corner for kids in the restaurant, second floor has nice and cozy open area for family to hang out and play board games.

Spa bija ok.
I must say that this has been one of the hugest rip-offs I have ever had in my entire life as a local in Latvia.
The only advantage of this place is the location.
Let’s talk more about disadvantages this time:
-the level of service is below any standard at all positions, we had an issue regarding the booking and the hotel manager was bargaining with us while flashing her phone and showing the fee they have to pay for using booking.com. Very unprofessional. The receptionist was treating us as we would be some kind of kids. I hope that serious improvement of the marketing talk is under way. Words and deeds do not match. I am also sure that the staff hates every second of their workday, otherwise they are just not good people😄
-although the pool is not being cleaned with chlorine, the jacuzzi sure is. That is a huge turn-off.
-if you are outside your room, please make sure that you wear something warmer or a blanket
-the terrace is a good thing, but there are serious problems regarding maintenance as rain water falls on the terrace floor, therefore you don’t want to go there. It is only question when not if the terrace will be rotten. The maintenance issues are present almost everywhere.
-the restaurant😄 well, nothing too bad, but certainly nothing near to a 5-star level. Service is very mediocre, same goes to drink menu as it is not established yet. The menu is not friendly for people with food allergies - allergens are not correctly indicated and there is basically 1 or 2 options if you have diet restrictions. Breakfast was really mediocre, coffee was not good and we were not warned that you have to pay extra for freshly squeezed juice (small glass made out of supermarket orange), although we were told that we can have everything we want. In every joke, there is a bit of truth😄 with extra I mean the highest price by far of those I have ever experienced in this country.
-the premises itself are a bit outdated and it does not look like anything is about to be dine t

The enviroment is exceptional, the room was nice and cosy.
The prices of the meal and cocktails were much more expensive than in the most exclusive places in Riga or Jurmala. The bar didn't have a menu.
