This place is one of the most romantic and beautiful places in the world. We stayed in one of the tree house rooms and spent several hours just sipping wine, eating cheese, and watching the sunset. Lots and lots to do here. games, excursions, hiking, boating, hot tubs, etc etc. We met the owner and his daughter who were both delightful people with amazing experiences. We wish we would have stayed longer. You could easily spend 3-4 days here and never get bored.
We left too soon

Terra Luna Lodge was our favorite stay in Patagonia so far. We loved our dome and the amazing views. A wood burning furnace kept us warm and cozy.
Amanda, the owner’s daughter, recommended a fantastic museum in Patagonia NP, and we were glad she did. It was definitely worth the drive.
We also did Helicopter tour with glacier Neff hike provided by the lodge, and it was a phenomenal experience! If you can splurge on one activity during your Patagonia trip, this should be it.

Great location. The cabins fit well within the environment.

The view is spectacular and the food is delicious. We paid to go on an amazing boat ride/ trek to the leon glacier. Overall the hotel is great.
There is only wifi in the restaurant, which wouldn’t be a problem except for the fact that the connection is pretty bad.
2.5
Proximity to Lago General Carrera.
On-side restaurants are expensive, but fine. Staff is good.
To be fair: I am assessing a fairly expensive place - that is why the benchmark is high.
The individual bungalows do not have wifi - this could already be a no-go nowadays in that price range. The poorly working internet in the main building does not make it better.
Having a spa (1 x sauna and 3 x hot tubs) at beautiful Lago General Carrera (which basically is the lodge‘s USP) is super - having lounge chairs there to enjoy the scenery after sweating in the sauna would be a tremendous asset as well.
Everything was clean in the room, but outside we had too many cobwebs on the balcony. Again, lounge chairs would do their job here.

The place is all thought for you to enjoy the landscape, have adventures, and resting at the same time. The people is the best, great service!
The hairdryer only worked for a few seconds every time!

Stunning location and comfortable accommodation. The food was good and all the staff were friendly and helpful. If you are staying here it is definitely worth doing the jet boat trip to Leones glacier.
It would be helpful to have more information on activities available.

Had a beautiful room and stunning view to wake up in and plenty of room in between the cabins so you didn't feel close to others. They also started a fire for us an hour before so the cabin was ready.
There was nothing that we didn't like, the whole stay was perfect.

Beautiful views. great staff. very good dinner and breakfast. Nicely done cabin.
4.5
Amazing location and view of the lake from our bungalow. The bungalow itself was wonderfully designed and always kept warm. Many tours offered directly with the lodge which were easy to book, as well as things to do on the grounds.
There could've been a bit more variety in food options for dinner (there was just one menu, no option to choose between). The second night, there weren't many options for non-alcoholic drinks.

very comfortable and interesting dome
3.5
The location and outdoor games/activities.
The jacuzzi was not properly clean. No previous description of the room access or general lay out of the property; it was steep terrain for an older person I was traveling with.
