値段の割には最悪です

夕食ビュッフェ、朝食ビュッフェ、共に美味しくて大満足でした！金目鯛ラーメンのスープが濃厚ですし、味噌汁も3杯飲んでしまうほど美味しかったです😂窓から海が見えるのも最高です！日の出を眺められるのも素敵でした！

チェックイン前に海水浴場の更衣室が使えるとネットに書いてあったので、フロントに聞くとお使いくださいと快く場所を案内してもらいました。フロント横の階段を降りすぐに更衣室、海水浴場へいけますが、私達は子供がベビーカーに乗っておりエレベーターを使いたかったので、奥の方にあるエレベーターを使いました。ロビーのエレベーターでは一階に行けないのが不便です。しかも更衣室に行くと高齢のおばあさんの清掃員が掃除していて道を塞いでいたので、「今使っても大丈夫ですか？」と聞くと「フロントにいって」と一言。仕方なくまたフロントに聞きに行くと「いえ使えます。」もうなんなんだよと思いながら更衣室に行き、道を塞いでいたおばあさんに失礼しますーと言いながら進みましたがどいてもらえず、再度声をかけるとその方はめんどくさそうに横にずれました。部屋以外暑くて、温泉に入って部屋に戻るまでにまた汗をかいてしまうほどだったので、弱くてもいいので冷房をつけてほしいです。古いホテルなのは知ってましたが、部屋の浴室のタイルがボロボロのままだったり、湯船が汚かったり、冷房が埃まみれだったり、結露が垂れてきたり、とても快適とは言えない設備でした。

最高！

なんといってもプライベートビーチまで階段を降りるだけの好立地。家族で行ったが人が少なくとても喜んでくれた。ホテル自体は年数は経っていても清潔に保たれている。スタッフも日本人のスタッフと外国人のスタッフのコミュニケーションも良好のようで終始笑顔が絶えない印象があり好感がもてる。来年も予約する予定。

Very old and rundown. Beach was great.

Beach at the location. Would not recommend the first floor “terrace” room. You actually can’t get to the beach from there and the view from the upper floors was way better. We had to move rooms because they had just painted outside our room. The paint smell was so strong, we asked if we could move. The staff were very kind.

It was very very old and run down. Very expensive for a declining hotel. The pictures on the website do not match reality. Even the landscaping was not well maintained. Lots of brush and bees around. Restaurants in the hotel were so expensive and there is not much around the hotel for other options. The cafe was never open for lunch. Would recommend stocking up on drinks and snacks for each day. The showers had no pressure and it took forever to get the temperature set. The door would barely close in the washroom because it brushed against the toilet. If you wanted to have a swim at night in the pool, they charge an extra ¥1,000 per person, not per room, per person.

Charmantes Hotel an einem fantastischen Sandstrand

Ein charmantes Hotel, das etwas in die "Jahre" gekommen ist, was dem Hotel einen besonderen Reiz gab. Vom Hotel gelangt man über Treppen zu einem fantastischen Sandstrand. Unser großes geräumiges Zimmer hatte eine tolle Sicht auf den Strand und die felsige Küste. Das Preis-Leisungsverhältnis für die Übernachtung ist optimal.

Der Preis für Essen im Hotel ist im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels, die wir auf der Reise besucht haben, hoch. Außerhalb des Hotels zu essen, ist schwierig, da in der unmittelbaren Umgebung kein Restaurant ist. Man muss etwa 7km zum Ort fahren.

Sehr tolle Lager aber recht altes Hotel

Alle Zimmer sind mit Blick aufs Meer, was sehr toll ist. Der Strand ist einer der schönsten in der Gegend. Das Personal war äußerst nett und in allen Situationen hilfsbereit. Es gibt zudem ein kostenfreies Shuttle, welches mehrmals täglich zum Bahnhof Shimoda fährt.

Das Hotel ist sehr alt und an einigen Stellen sanierungsbedürftig (Tapete löst sich ab; es müffelt etwas; bei Regen stehen Eimer im Flur, da Wasser von der Decke tropft). Das Essen ist gut und hat eine große Auswahl, jedoch wenig westliche Küche.

The overall staying is quite good, the view is perfect, so it worth to stay. Breakfast is good though is a bit expensive

The property is 50 years old, the facilities and furniture inside are quite old, but clean.

The toilet is too old, and too small, sometimes a bit smelly.

Room and location were all very good. Having a private beach is a big plus.

Going down to the beach with small kids was little though, they can improve the way and ladders little bit more. Also, we asked for microwave oven to warm up our food but hotel reception said they did not have any. It would be good if they can place a microwave for general hotel guests usage.

Location was everything. Perfect!

The only small downside was the Air conditioning didn’t get cold enough. It was quite stuffy and warm in the room.

It was ok.

The location was amazing! Right on the beach just like we wanted. Staff was excellent.

It is in need of renovations extremely bad. It was HOT. Everywhere was just unbearably hot. The a/c in the room did not seem to work at all. Made sleeping very uncomfortable. The bugs were awful. My kids screamed all night long because of what appears to look like termites were all over the room landing on the beds. Dinner options were not ideal. The sushi place was smal and not family friendly while the buffet was incredibly expensive, especially for kids who do not eat much. Forced us to go into the next town to find dinner. Overall is was ok, not one I would book again until renovated.

Rooms are spacious and enjoy a magnificant sea view. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I had a great view from my hotel, and breakfast & dinner meals were excellent; unfortunately, the weather was cold during February, so that we couldn't enjoy the beach. Overall it's a great place to stay.

best location and value for money

Though it is old hotel… It is value for money… Please go for top floor sea facing wester rooms as they are renovated ones… view from hotel was Awesome… you see sunrise from your room… Beach is private and just few steps away… Staff was super friendly and helpful…

Missed shuttle which was booked for 10 AM on checkout day. We were in queue waiting for returning room key but shuttle went without taking us. No one even informed us about the same. Also, no measure was taken to rectify the situation.

Overall it was a great stay.

The rooms were spacious and the view was great. The AC could have been stronger and it would have been nice to have another chair in the room though.

The restaurant was just ok. we sat for 20 minutes and finally had to ask someone to take our order.
