Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, colazione super e camere grandi

Posizione tranquilla ma molto vicina sia a Lucca che a Pisa. Personale preciso, puntuale e disponibile. Camera grande, colazione ottima.

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, il luogo non è così semplice da trovare e Maps non aiuta moltissimo... ma una volta trovato non lo si dimentica :-)

L’accueil de Stefano - souriant - donnant les info nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour Le petit déjeuner complet et riche de pâtisserie de quoi tenir jusqu’au dîner.

Peut être revoir la literie de la chambre qui nous était attribué / Un peu bruyant le matin des 8h - l’arrivée des premières personnes au petit déjeuner discutant au dessous de notre chambre.

Overfulfilled our expectstions.

Clean rooms. We had a lovely family room. All what is needed was there Hair dryer..... Breakfast was very well. Everyone got fueled up. We used it as base for our trips. Also nice restaurant in the village. Absolut animal friendly. Will sure be there again.

Ottimo bnb vicino a Lucca

Bnb molto comodo per visitare Lucca con l'auto, ha un parcheggio privato ed è a 10/15 min dalla città. La camera era molto carina ed accogliente, doccia spaziosa. Colazione buona, con torte fatte in casa.

Com carro e GPS ou Wase se encontra a pousada que fica em uma região rural. Ótimo para conhecer pisa ( estacione no Park

Como na fotos os quartos são bastante amplos e com uma cama de casal e solteiro em cada quarto com colchões e travesseiros muito confortáveis. Nós éramos uma família de 4 pessoas, nesta unidade existem 2 quartos separados (cada com uma cama de casal e solteiro, com um banheiro amplo para os 2 quartos que fica no corredor que separa os 2 quartos, assim o uso do banheiro não atrapalhava cada casal . Nos 2 quartos caberiam 6 pessoas. Quartos são silenciosos. Bom e farto café da manhã. O pessoal falam pouco inglês o suficiente para comunicação básica. Fica numa área rural de Lucca há cerca de 15 -20 minutos de carro do centro histórico de Lucca ou Pisa. Apesar do aspecto externo do Predio com jardim mal cuidado que chega a assustar, o conforto dos quartos é excelente.

A entrada do portão muito estreita para um carro grande como Caddy máxi. Precisariam urgentemente aumentar a largura da entrada

Nice & frndly ppl, clean rooms and a great breakfast, have prepared a perfect start to the vacation.

Very friendly, courteous and solution-oriented staff. We were recommended the best beaches, places and restaurants upon arrival - all subjective of course, but worth it. Breakfast was from the supermarket, sure, but it was lovingly prepared and very varied. There is a courtyard with a pool and parking spaces.

In our rooms the safes were missing and the locks of the doors were as old as we were together. So we had all the valuables with us at all times.

We were a bit skeptical about the absence of air conditioning (we didn't notice when booking), but in the end we got used to the temperature and liked our stay. The swimming pool was a huge plus :) Also the breakfast had a truly huge selection.

Perfetto! Grazie mille!

Comfortable, clean room, equipped with everything you need (hairdryer, minibar, parking space). The big plus is the mosquito net in the windows, I love it! Staff is very nice and helpful. We were given a map with the monuments of Lucca, as well as a list of local restaurants and bars recommended by the owner. Italian breakfast - tasty, and the delicious cappucino! The only minus is the lack of public transport at the night, but it does not depend on the owner (for people with a car, there is no problem due to such a cheap parking spots right by the center of Lucca). Great place, especially as a base for trips around Tuscany.

Nice little hotel for a short stay.

Not much to say, nice little hotel. Everything was cleand and the hosts were great. Classic Italian breakfast with sweets and cold cuts just what we expected. All was great.

There was a large dog barking untill late hours in one of the neighbour buildings and this was very annoying.

Super nice. Nice reception. They told us everything in english (no google translate needed). All the info of Lucca town by reception (parking, what to see, restaurants, ...) Got accepted by the Cat and the Dog - which are very friendy. Nice vibe of rooms. Big rooms - even got upgrade for bigger room. Smart TVs in rooms. 10/10 for me.

Google maps will lead you to the opposite side of the building where there are many small houses next to the B&B building. So go to the other side where road is unpaved and you will see the B&B sign. I found my key in an envelope in the key box outside. Room was clean and tidy with a water heater to make your coffee/tea. Breakfast has many options from croissants, cakes, jams, bread, meat, cheese, coffee, cereal & juices.

Good value for money.

This property had an excellent selection for breakfast and a flexible check in. The parking was also spacious.

There were great breakfast, the accommodation was clean, friendly staff.

The entrance gate is terrible situated, it was very hard to get inside and outside with bigger car and there wasn’t a place to left the car outside the courtyard, so it was necessary to finish all of our trips with this icing on the cake. The apartment we had, wasn’t really the apartment, there were two separated rooms with the bathroom on the hallway, so we felt lack of privacy. Some of the equipment was outdated e.g. torned sofa, dirty chair, peeling bathroom door. What was strange somebody regularly used our freezer in a locked room during our stay and put there it’s own stuff. The accommodation wasn’t really worth 200Eur per night.

You would choose this property in summer for price not comfort because of the lack of aircon.

The breakfast was plentiful, particularly if you like pastries. The room was large and scrupulously clean and we had access to a washing machine. Lucca was only a few minutes away. The nearby restaurant was excellent.

There was no aircon and the fan supplied couldn't deal with an in-room temperature near 30 degrees, which made sleeping difficult. The sitting area out back was uninviting gravel and could have been transformed into an attractive space with a bit of imagination and money. The property entrance is hard to find and you have to be careful manoeuvring a car through the back gate. The above-ground pool was more suitable for children than adults.

I was late to check in but everything was settled easily thanks to Stefano. A quiet place. The breakfast was fantastic. I would say the best of the trip I had in the trip. I could park easily and safely. Gratie!

Great for a one nighter, friendly staff.

The staff waited for our arrival and was very friendly. we had a double room and it was very private. The breakfast was exceptionally delicious.

We battled to find the place as Google maps and our GPS took us to another location. A friendly local took us to this location, otherwise we would never have found it.
