We enjoyed our stay at the Red House, great location and roomy and comfortable. Owners made sure they provided many special touches. We would definitely recommend and return.
You couldn’t regulate the temperature very well but blankets worked well and opening windows to help with air flow.

Super gemütliches, historisches Guesthouse mit liebevoller Einrichtung. Sehr netter Gastgeber, der alles erklärt hat. Absolut empfehlenswert!

This vacation was top-notch from start to finish. High quality, great hosting, lots of care put into delivering a great experience for us. I travelled with my two teen sons for a ski week - the Red House was an excellent retreat at the end of the day. It was cozy, unique, well appointed, with lots of extra touches. Things we liked:
* There was a ton of starter food for us, plus enough little thing to last a week (like coffee)
* The bed in the master room was incredibly comfortable
* The hosts put a ton of effort into Holiday decor, include a Christmas tree and seasonal furnishings and kitchenware
* The place is funky, unique, full of charm, and simply beautiful
* The kids room was large, full of games and decor, and with good matresses
* The property is quiet, with no street noise
* The owners live on the property, helped us when we needed, stayed away when we didn't
I own a vacation rental myself and have high standards. This place met or exceeded them. Would definitely stay here again.

Plenty of room. Entertainment offerings and kitchen equipment were plentiful.
Basement steps were a little steep for an elderly person with mobility issues.

The place was timeless, beautifully decorated, and home-y. The old American feel was authentic and welcoming. The owner was incredibly helpful and kind in these ways: there were snacks left out for us, a wonderful access to coffee, great communication, and when I checked out I left a brand new jacket behind and he was happy to hold it for me until I could pick it up. Definitely would come again!
Everything about the stay was a 10/10, however on occasions we would hear wooden creaks from footsteps above us. It wasn't bad at all, it just reminded us we were still in an airbnb.

Only thing would’ve been on site laundry

We were welcomed by Tino and he gave some history about the house. Suite is in the cellar so one stair down (don't forget the light when arriving in the dark, stairs is right behind the door). Refrigerator with soft drinks and assortment of small snacks. Breakfast with yogurts and serials and we bought some eggs to complete it. Great location to visit Salt Lake City. Great support by Tino when it was needed 😀.
Be aware if the directions to find the Red House via a private road.

Great host. Quite location. Good furnishings.

There was a nice selection of continental breakfast items in the kitchen as well as lots of snacks. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, living area was spacious and comfortable. There was enough light that it didn’t feel like a basement.

Tino was awesome. The space was super cozy and truly a wonderful stay. Definitely worth the price for sure!!

We appreciated that our host, Tino supplied oatmeal for our breakfast and some other food items to help smooth our stay. The kitchen was well-supplied. Tino was very quick to respond to all communications; he was a thoughtful host. We would stay at Tino's again.
The Wifi connection was a bit slow if that is important and the shower was quite small. Great showerhead and hot water, just a little tight space-wise. But those things did not detract from our comfort while staying in the very nice apartment.

We liked the tour and interesting history of the guest space. This apartment was so cute and the bed was the most comfortable. We enjoyed watching TV in the front room and the snacks that were left for us. This space was decorated for the Christmas season and felt so homey and relaxing.
It was a little cool, but we had blankets and the most awesome fireplace electric heater in the bedroom. With the fireplace electric heater going all night, there was a warm glow along with the heat that we slept so comfortable.

This was 1 of the best places I stayed in, and I am a globetrotter

a very nice bedding, lot of space
there could be more choice of food for a breakfast e.g. eggs, jam, flakes without sugar or porridge

A jewel in a rigid green environment, very tastefully furnished by private owners. Fitt equipped kitchen with full refrigerator for the morning meal. Ideal to explore a SaltLake from there. Thank you for letting us be here.

Very dynamic informative host. Good location in the suburbs.

We had expected some fresh baked muffins or biscuits for the continental breakfast and some fresh fruit or jam. The yogurt was good but an already opened container of milk was not ideal. Juice and some adult cereal choices would also have been nice.
If possible the water pressure in the shower should be addressed.

The property was as advertised and we got a bonus history lesson about the house from our host. It was fairly close to downtown and had plenty of amenities in the area. It was spacious with plenty of entertainment options available. I would recommend the property to anyone visiting Salt Lake City.
4.7
it was large and comfortable with all the amenities of home

I loved that the hosts stocked the kitchen with basics so that my toddlers had snacks and quick breakfasts available. There were also games available to play, and plenty of streaming options to watch.
Bathroom sink faucet handle was broken (we were able to still use), and leaking from shower head (very minor). You could also hear some footsteps from the living space above, but it wasn't too distracting.

The grounds and home are beautiful. The bed and bedding in the master bedroom were the best I’ve ever experienced just fantastic. The refrigerator was stocked with quick breakfast stuff and there were snacks, bread, peanut butter and other homey items in the cupboard.because it’s a basement it stayed cool even though it was in the high 90’s both days. The bedroom that is set up for kids is so cute and has all kinds of games and things for kids to do.
what I didn’t like was easily overlooked because the place is jus so cool. But here are my recommendations. The shower. curtain liner should be changed more often, a deep vacuum is needed (there was cereal and other debris under and around the main sitting area. the faucet in the bathroom sink needs repair.

Cozy, cabin feel. Had everything you would need. Great library and game area. Beautiful gardens. Host provided snacks, water and was helpful answering any questions.
4.7
The host was extremely friendly and helped guide us through the house.
He shared with us the history of the building which was fascinating and rich!
The space is huge, with lots of board games to entertain yourself with!
The flowers in the garden were really beautiful too!

Owners are amazing and very friendly. An assortment of snacks and drinks were available when we arrived. They even supplied milk & butter. The accommodations were top notch and unbeatable for the price. Glad we booked another stay in just over a week when we head back towards the SLC airport.
Nothing. A little difficult to find the drive, but the owner supplied detailed instructions including landmarks.

Such a whimsical and beautiful place. Very nice amenities.
