It met our needs, but we would not stay there again.

The location was good for our needs.

The AC didn't work properly. The hotel rooms looked like they can use a face lift. The mattress wasn't great.

definitely NOT ideal for stays longer than 3days and 2 nights...

Swimming Pool, Gym, Bed, Pillows... Security, lifeguards, bellboys, parking guard, cleaners. EXCELLENT !!

the concierge.. except for Angelo, should revert to the training room. NONE of these people even bother to greet Hotel guests.. the security, bellboys can teach them a thing or two about smiling and greeting guests. except for the first day.. that IGADO was awesome.. the rest of the 6days I was in the Hotel.. definitely was not worth the pricey rate. You INTERNET is a BIG DISSAPOINTMENT!! Your phone operators/.concierge does NOT return calls and check on guests.. Fire Alarm Incident!! / Cable TV non-operation.

Location is great and quite convenient for our purpose but some parts needs improvement

In-Room dining is good. Delivery is quite fast and food taste great. The order system through their online page is convenient. The food provided in the breakfast buffet is also good. Location is very ideal for our purpose. Check-in and check-out process is smooth and quick

Elevator has some creaky sound when you're on it, a bit unsettling. The windows in the hotel during our stay is a bit mossy/dirty, both in our room and in the window beside the elevator lobby on the 8th floor. Not sure if we just didn't find it but there seems to be no space for dining in the room. The work desk should do but the plates for the in-dining option is quite big. The buffet room is a bit small

Aside from breakfast not being hot, the inconsistencies on rules were confusing. - I tried to ask for an extra keycard on the first day but got declined. Asked again on the second day from a different employee and got it without charges or anything. -i asked on arrival if I can use my drone and the staff said yes. The next day, I asked again and said that I can't 🤷🏻‍♀️

Superb

it’s a very good quick getaway coz it takes only 1 &1/2 hr drive from metro Manila and the first thing you will notice is how great the customer service are from the guard to the doorman, to the concierge ,bell boys, chamber maids, to waiters/waitresses to the pool staff..it makes your stay at ease and enjoyable!😊 kudos to all the staff and management who trained this people keep it up!❤️

The room that we had located at 8th flr (rm 810) to be exact has a great view of the bay it’s clean and the bed is comfy the only 2 downside is the drainage of their shower it’s creating flood during bath you need to manually push the water into the drainage hole so it won’t get out of the shower area and last at during our first night the ventilation panel that is on the ceiling near the door is leaking through out the entire time and can be hazardous esp if you have kids and elderly coz it makes the floor slippery 🙁

Relaxing quality pool resort

Pools were pretty nice, breakfast was the full large spectrum with good quality. This I cannot put as a negative side, but the staff was so polite and service friendly that we, as northern europeans, felt at times a little puzzled when everybody called us "sir" and "madam", opening doors for us, greeting every time we went across each other etc.. so service was definitely very good, but we are just not used to that and felt strange :)

The only major minus is the location overall. Nearby shopping mall provides some activities, but there are no major nature tourist spots or other interesting activities outside the hotel besides eating out or shopping in the shopping mall.

I love staying here whenever I’m in town

I love the location, close to shopping and restaurants. Staff are very accommodating and nice.

Need to update Television to a smart TV.

Excellent

Staff are excellent, very courteous, helpful and welcoming. Love the facilities and the surrounds are very well maintained. Pool area is very nice. Good coffee and breakfast. We enjoyed our stay.

A bit disappointed that when we got in the room after a big day outside, it wasnt made up.

the place is nice including all facilities but the water heater is not working well and the mini bar not much but the rooms are clean.

On September 15, 2022 around 4pm, we checked in at Seda Hotel Nuvali. We were given a room as well as the key. We went to our room to freshen up. Around 5pm, we went out to dinner with the family. After dinner, we went back to our hotel room, to our surprise, upon entering the room, we found out that someone has already occupied our room. My make up bag went missing including 2 of our expensive items. We spoke to the front desk (Anela Pablo) and the only resolution she gave us was to transfer to another room. She thought that transferring to another room and apologizing will work. Then I demanded to speak to her manager (Niel Inocentes). They had me wait for more than 10 minutes just to talk to him. It is almost midnight here and as of this time, there is no resolution. Please be cognizant of your privacy when booking your hotel stay at Seda Nuvali. Guests won’t know if they over booked the room until you find that someone has already invaded your privacy. This property does not value customer service nor the privacy of their guests. This is supposed to be a 4-star hotel but your privacy is at risk by them letting a total stranger occupy a room that you’re checked into.

It was good but they check you in an hour late. They compensate in other requests, tho.

The people were great, and everything you expect is there. They grant every little request and were above and beyond. I asked for a welcome note to my wife and they gave a tiny cake with it. The pools are nice. Breakfast is also good.

We were supposed to check in at 2 but an hour passed before we can even go up the room. Checkout time is not adjusted. The person on the front desk should also be careful with the information because he asked me and my wife about a different card he thought we used to book, while it is in the record that we used the same card we showed him. Maybe that’s why they’re quite inefficient in checking in and out. If you’d change the process or person in front (the one in the small table who checks everything who should delegate to the rest of those in front of the counter) then the check in and check out time could be better. The hotel also needs a little thorough, deep cleaning with couches and carpets. It looks a bit dated.

Enjoyed our short stay

I lreally enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and bed was comfortable. Restaurants are nearby if you prefer to eat outside. The breakfast was great and my daughter enjoyed the pool.
