Bel emplacement mais très décevant.

L’emplacement offre une belle vue sur le rocher du diamant et la piscine est sympathique.

L’appartement a une décoration dépassé et on frôle le vétuste sur certains points. La plaque en extérieur qui ne doit surtout pas prendre une goutte d’eau nous a laissé sans clim ni possibilité de manger pendant plus d’une heure. Aucun savon, liquide vaisselle ou autre de fournis. Des éléments de base tels qu’un micro-ondes sont en supplément. Quant à ce qui est fourni, c’est à dire la télé et internet, les deux étaient purement et simplement inutilisables. La moquette sous le lit avait des pelotes de poussière… Nous n’avions qu’une hâte, partir de cet endroit.

Odeur de renfermé, clim non entretenue. Beaucoup de moustiques et de mouches à cette période. Personnel sympathique.

Le studio avec mezzanine , la vue sur le rocher du diamant et la plage ainsi que le morne larcher

La grosse coupure d électricité qui nous a forcé à partir . Le fait qu il n y ait pas de groupe électrogène dans cet hôtel , ou plutôt que celui ci ( derobé) n ait jamais été remplacé.

property was cleaned nicely and well equipped for the purpose of the stay.

the wifi was occasionally poor or not working at all, usually at “peak” hours like late morning or early night. Check in closes at 22:00

Towels should have been changed daily and toiletries provided according to the number of customers accommodated in the room. Rubbish should have been taken away daily. Offering dinner without reservation

The place had beautiful views to Diamant rock

The apartment was old and not super well taken care. It is a duplex and the stairs were very steep.

Overall, good value. Not a luxury resort by any means, but it has the essentials and good AC

The view is outstanding. We had a duplex room, three decks, and two of them look right out over the beautiful water. Sunrises and sunsets were always spectacular. The pool was great. never very busy, fantastic view, and the breeze and sound of the crashing waves were nice. Hotel is situated at the far end of Diamant Beach. You can walk from the hotel right on to the beach, but need to walk down the beach a little bit to get to an area where you can put your stuff, since the area near the hotel is rocky and at high tide the water comes right up against the rocks. This can be a little treacherous.

- the hotel seems to nickel-and-dime for everything. Only one exchange of towels during the visit, and they charge 7 euro each to rent a beach towel. I recommend just buying a beach towel from a vendor, you can get them 2-for-25 euro. - Wifi access sucks. We generally had to spend a lot of time in the reception/office area to get wifi access, which is critical to finding local places to go or to make reservations at restaurants (which is a must). - the driveway. This may seem like a funny thing to complain about, but if you are renting a stick-shift car (which is the most available on the island) and you are not a good stick driver, the entrance and gate will be a problem. It's steep -- super steep, and pulls out onto a very busy road.
