Very convenient location, close to docks, the old ferry terminal and the old town. Nice, quite and clean room and helpful host.

Erdvus kambarys, gera lokacija.

Puiki vieta, labai erdvus kambarys su darbo stalu bei sofa, tad patogu ilgiau apsistojant. Taipogi patogus savarankiškas patekimas atvykus, ir raktų palikimas išvykus.

Kaimynai viršutiniame aukšte buvo labai triukšmingi, matomai vyko vakarėliai. Vonioje nėra muilo rankų plovimui, tad reikėtų atsivežti savo. Taipogi, būtų puiku, jei kambaryje būtų naktinės užuolaidos.

We will be happy to stay again if we come to Klaipeda.

We liked the size of the room - very spacious, there is everything you need for meals in the room (except for the stove). Everything is very clean.

A good place for a short stay at an affordable price

Very good facility for a short stay in Klaipeda. Clean, close to the city center, very large room, separate kitchen equipped with all basic utensils. Polite staff and an additional advantage is free parking in the yard. I recommend

I shall stay there when I return.

On the edge of the old town, near the river. Ideal. SD-House was actually far more comfortable and elegant than I had expected, especially for the price. The room was large and airy, with substantial furniture, well maintained wooden floors. There was a fully equipped kitchen and good bathroom (bath and shower). Spotlessly clean. Sat back in an armchair and watched the announcement of the Queen's death on the TV. The reception staff were pleasant, interested and helpful. Something of a hidden gem in Klaipeda, I'd say. Go.

The flat was fully equipped with a spacious and fully furnished living room and a separate bedroom, spacious kitchen with all the utensils one can hope for and a spacious bathroom, with windows to three directions! This would be a perfect choice for a longer stay - close enough to the old town and the old ferry terminal for Smiltyne & Neringa!

Friendly german-speaking staff (it's a society for Germans in Klaipeda), functional and comfortable room. It's very close to the ferry (5 mins walk) and 20 minutes walk to bus/trainstation. The room had a coffee machine + powder.

Lovely stay in a small, private hotel not far from downtown, ideal if you come by car

Nice rooms not far from the city center. We came by car, the parking was free (in a yard behind the building). The owner was very helpful and provided a great introduction into the German history of the region and the city. There are several historic maps about the German history in the corridors, feels like staying in a museum ;-). Perfect place if you come to Klaipeda for sightseeing and learning about the area and its historic background. There are no restaurants of cafes directly next to the hotel, but the Kanal/downtown area is only a block away. For a breakfast there was also a small kitchenette in the room with a coffee machine. However if you plan to visit the Curonian Spit area, I recommend to drive in the morning straight to the car ferry, cross over, enter the National park and stop for breakfast in the beach promenade area of Judokrante, there are cafes on the right when you enter the village (watch out for the sun umbrellas). For the sunset I recommend to go for the rooftop bar of the Amberton hotel next by, fantastic!

The mattress was not the newest, but location (especially when you come by car) and the nice personal touch through the very friendly and helpful host covers for that .
