Great location in central Albany, very nice and accomodating host and fantastic Continental Brekky.
Breakfast timing was a bit early; 7:30 to 8:30, otherwise all good.
4.7
Location good, breakfast very good too.
Difficult parking.

Craig’s place is central to Albany, very quiet location, comfortable and he’s an awesome host. The rooms are cosy and well appointed! Breakfast is fresh and more than enough. The art is very interesting and tasteful.
My favourite spot is on the porch. We love staying here.
Nothing it’s awesome

Quirky and artistic, could have spent hours looking at the collected pieces in the property

During our many years of travelling, we have never felt so well accomodated for as we did at Craigs. It was amazing to actually become part of the Art Gallery. Very inspiring and gave us good laughs & talks with Craig. He has created a Second to none and very singular Oasis for travellers.

My host Craig went above & beyond to help & ensure I was comfortable: thank you so much Craig🤗
The art work & furnishings were very eclectic & over the top: too much furniture, too many floor rugs, way to many ornaments & wall hangings which weren’t restful in a bedroom - I felt a Ned Kelly collection was very bizarre in a bedroom.

Craig is the wonderful host of such a beautifully presented and interesting, well located, proper B'n'B...we felt welcome

Wonderful jewel in Albany. The owner was very obliging and the room was fantastic. The location was perfect in that it was close to the vibe of Stirling St. All round great.

BREAKFAST SUFFICIENT AS CONTINENTAL
HAPPY IN ALL RESPECTS

The art and decor were fabulous. The upstairs room was large and comfortable.
A little bit more attention to cleaning would be good. The venetian blinds were very dusty.

Lovely quirky B &B and loved our Ned Kelly room with everything we needed. Excellent location, continental breakfast and host. You have to see this historic, arts and literature themed building to believe it. 🌟
Nothing!

Lovely house, well located, friendly proprietor and yummy breakfast. Room were sparkling clean with modern, clean bathroom (especially liked as we had been travellling)
Loved the eclectic decor, but perhaps a little less in the bedroom as there was limited space to put suitcases down
4.7
breakfast was continental. Perfect that you could help yourself to an array of food.
Nothing for us we were more than happy

Room very nice, great comfy bed, good en-suite
Continental breakfast first class
No WiFi facility

The location was fabulous. Host excellent. A great B and B.
Two Minor points, already mentioned in other reviews: There could be greater breakfast choice - such as cheeses, cold meats, muffins and other sweet or savoury items.
Also, lack of wifi.
And another suggestion - it would be good if the desk in the corner could unlock so that it could be functional and used as a desk and things like ipad could be placed on it. The lounge chair could be swapped with chair. While there was a number of lovely furniture items in the room, none could be used as a desk.

Great location. Walking distance to eateries. Good breakfast . Quiet location.

Perfect accommodation and the breakfast was exceptional
4.7
Continental breakfast, our host was very accommodating & even made me a coffee my husband could take upstairs to me, although I didn't have breakfast; it was too early for me.
The b & b is like staying in a private art gallery & was very interesting. Top marks for everything for our host Craig. Friendly, helpful, experienced & informative.
The stairs to our room. That's all.

Fantastic location, very clean, comfortable and stylish, lovely host and breakfast

Such a lovely unexpected surprise! Definately not cookie cutter charcoal and beige. Vibrant, interesting warm and exceptional. I needed to book somewhere at the last minute and really had no expectations... what a delight this amazing place with all the little extras that make it special. Great accommodation, great host, fantastic location with lovely view and great value. I will be looking forward to my next visit to Albany as my only regret is I had to leave after only one night. An experience most worthwile.

Upmarket Guesthouse with high quality furniture including comfy bed. We loved the Art and literature on display in bedroom and sitting rooms. The guest house was ideally positioned to main areas of Albany as well as excellent restaurants.
It was all good!!
