Very disappointing.

It was nicely appointed, in nice countryside.

Not as big as expected, nor was it sea fa I g as photos suggest - be careful, it’s misleading advertising. Teignmouth is a scruffy and impoverished little town. Left, never to return.

Superb

All fantastic except for a few exceptions. Very clean and spacious with a luxury feeling. Very comfortable.

Lack of privacy between apartments outside. Shower in one of the bedrooms was far too small and cramped. Smell of weed entering through the bathroom, luckily didn't affect our living space or enter the bedroom. Lack of private parking for the apartment though we did know about that.

Lovely! We hope to be back one day.

The property has everything we needed and was clean and modern. The location was perfect and there was a lot to do and see around Teignmouth at the time of our stay. The apartment was spacious, easy to find and perfect for a family stay.

Nothing. Some suggestions would be to update the visitor folder with current restaurants that are still open in the area, more specific details of the recycling systems and what to do in the event of the lift being out of order. That might have been in the notes but we didn’t read it before it happening.

We had an amazing stay and we're very happy that we chose this apartment!

I liked that we could see the ocean so the view was amazing, it was nice to sit out and overlook the view. The location is also very convenient to buy groceries, shopping and getting takeout.

Loved sitting on the balcony and watching the world go by.

The view from the apartment was amazing and the rooms were very spacious rooms.

The outside decking could do with spruce up. Air conditioning would be a good addition.

The location is superb, the apartment absolutely lovely, clean, stylish and with comfortable beds (and sofa bed). our host was extremely friendly and helpful, thank you so much!

Lovely views and clean property.

Nice clean property, this was our second visit as my child loved the property and wanted to visit again, views are nice and right by the sea, parking on-street right outside. We stayed in another apartment number but very similar.

The sofabed when attempted to pull out was very filthy and looked manky, so put it back and did not use. otherwise the place is really nice, the heating controls seemed to be a bit off not sure where the heat was coming from or be able to turn down. Having to take rubbish to the bottom of the building seems quite a hassle, but didnt want to get charged for not taking it out :)

The apartment was as described and as shown in photos. It made for a perfect stay.

Nothing, but larger towels would have been nice and a small hand held hoover would have helped us keep the property cleaner.

It was absolutely perfect and we will definitely visit again.

The apartment was stunning! It was beautifully maintained, luxurious and had spectacular views. The beds were very comfortable and each of the two bedrooms had their own en-suite bathrooms. The owner was fantastic and any questions or queries were answered straight away. The location was perfect! It was right on the sea front with stunning views, the pier, a theatre / cinema and the town centre all literally within a two minute walk.

Quite simply the views, they were stunning! In saying that, the interior was also top notch and of a high quality, even the sofa bed was very comfy.

When booking we didn’t realise the property was set over two floors. One of our party had limited movement, we now understand apartments 1&2 are set over one floor.

Great views

Excellent view from your own balcony and picture windows. The apartment is well laid out and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen. It makes a very comfortable and pleasant base for the area. We would happily stay here again when in the area.

We were there end of season, and some things were a bit worn out (door stops squashed flat, one door detached from its closing mechanism), but all fairly minor things.

Fantastic apartment and views

The apartment was fabulous and the views were amazing. Very clean and well appointed. Great information folder. Communication before our stay was brilliant. We would highly recommend and would stay again with no hesitation.

Make sure you read the directions to the car park spaces thoroughly before you set off. The apartment building only has a lift which is fine if you don't mind lifts.

Lovely stay.

Amazing location and fantastic views over the beach front. Large spacious rooms. Felt luxurious, a real treat. Central location, all shops you need on hand. Lovely little village.

The sofa was slightly too soft for my personal liking. It wasn't made clear that the parking was not on site. Parking is not far and worked out okay, but would have preferred to know this beforehand.
