The location was wonderful, and the unit was clean, comfortable, with a great view. I liked being close to the beautiful beach. I would definitely stay here again! A real gem.

I had some initial troubles finding the place but once I found it all was fantastic!

A wonderful romantic stay plus bonus of seeing dolfins from the restaurant

Our apartment location was perfect , at the top where we could see green sea from balcony and even from bedroom . Nice garden in the middle of olive trees which makes it so romantic at night if you like looking at stars in the clear sky . We saw shooting stars and stars are visible from the balcony too . Mist on top of sea it was dreamy . It’s only 7 mins drive away from main town of skoples and beach right at the bottom of our apartment(3 mins walk ) Restaurant owned by host is ant the bottom of apartment , very friendly and helpful . Food and drinks reasonable price compared to town and other places . We managed to see dolphins from the restaurant as it had sea view and some said they saw seals too . Amazing place to stay , 100% recommended .

Fantastic views.

The view was phenomenal !!!! The apartment was not fancy, it was simple but it suited us perfectly. We were able to make breakfast, and enjoy the patio with gorgeous views. At first we were worried about the steep driveway in our little rental car, but it was easy after the first few times. The walk to the beach from the apartment wasn’t bad going down hill, but going up was more of a challenge including the long steep driveway, but sooooo worth it! The drive the Skopelos town was very fast, 7-8 mins, but you will need a car staying here. overall we loved it.

the shower was way small and got water everywhere.

Nice balcony. Main room was a good size with a good sized bed. Decent bathroom (we noted that there were a lot of reviews that mentioned flooding of the shower - it was small but we had no issues with the curtain). View was good with one caveat. Very close to two good beaches and a restaurant below.

View was nice but there was a electricity pole right in the middle, which was a bit of a shame. The walk up to it is quite uphill if that is something that puts you off. We didn't have much of a reception or conversations/recommendations from the hosts. Stafylos, whilst right next to the beach, doesn't have any shops or amenities, so it's worth having a car.

Amazing stay, exceeded our expectations.

Really happy with our choice. located in beautiful Stafylos and 7 minute drive to Chora the place undeniably exceeded our expectations. It offers everything you can possibly need, is clean (new sheets and towels everyday) and modern. The view is breathtaking, you can literally sit in the balcony all day gazing at the amazing view.

Really minor negatives for me. The bed was a bit small and the mattress wasn't the best one. Also the Wi-Fi connection certainly needs to be upgraded, almost didn't work. A car or motorbike may be needed since the place is located on the hill.

Amazing stay

The location of the house is great and the view from the balcony breathtaking. The studio was really clean. Furniture were new. The kitchen was fully equipped. All the basic necessaries were provided to us (body shower biological oil, hair biological shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc...). The mattress was really comfy. The cleaning lady was really kind and was passing everyday. Indeed the television was really small as mentioned in previous comments but, we didn't come to Skopelos to watch the TV so we didn't mind at all and didn't even open it once. The bathroom wasn't really spacious but more than enough for the normal use (people complaining about the bathroom in some comments should be aware that they are renting a studio not a luxurious suite) ; no storage in it but, the studio itself has more than enough. The owner was really kind. We will come back the Kallithea studios without a second thought.

The only difficulty we faced was to find the studio at our arrival. Just a small signalisation showing the direction of the studio, once we arrive in Stafylos would be a great help as the GPS isn't working really well. But it is located in a small and cute place, so by asking people you can easily reach it. If you get lost, once you arrived down to Stafylos, just look on your left, you will see a restaurant and will find the owner in there for sure as he is also owning the restaurant.

Great view, but low value

Scenic view, Nespresso machine, comfortable bed.

Terrace has zero cover from the sun and rain. All your towels will get wet if there is rain and you can barely be on the terrace with direct sun. Shower curtain non existent, absolutely no shelves, whole bathroom is flooded after one shower. The access to the property is very steep, and on car crowded narrow street. Missing - partial kitchenware.

Superb

The studio is cleaned every day, towels are changed and no one disturbs you. The view from the terrace is beautiful and there is complete silence most of the time, so you forget all the things you don't like. :) Owners are nice and wellcoming.

The shower is small and has no curtain. There are no mosquito nets on the windows to prevent insects from entering during the night. The refrigerator blows warm air and heats the room, which is why air conditioning is needed from time to time.

Perfect studio in the beautiful place

This Studios was just a perfect place! The host and the cleaning lady are great! The studio was very clean and comfortable. The view is just amazing! The best place to live in the island. Studios owner is very friendly and lovely guy, always ready to help! They gave us the best service! Also I strongly recommend stafylos restaurant in 3 min from studios! We have tried different tavernas in skopelos port and downtown, but the tastiest was in stafylos restaurant. Also they have good price policies. My best recommendations, already ready to come back. Thank you very much!

Friendly owner who picked us up in the port. Beautiful seaview from a nice apartment. Do not miss the Stafilos restaurant. It is the same owner. Great food with a superb seaview
