Smaller than expected

Snacks provided, good location

Double room mostly for one person. Otherwise good luck to open your luggage in such a small room 😀 Small spiders in the bedroom and bathroom : better cleaning needed

綜合各方面其實很好，房間需不大，但性價比十分高，而且整潔，往後會再入住。

鄰近台北車站，交通十分方便，步行往西門町只需要15分鐘左右。設備方面一應俱全，跟其他旅樂序精品旅館一樣，接待大堂有自助咖啡或茶包免運添飲，旅館同時設有洗衣機及乾衣機。前台接待員服務親切。

唯一少許不方便是其中一晚床頭燈不能開啟，要待翌日早上才有師傅維修，前台職員已第一時間替我備注，服務算是體貼，希望旅館往後可以安排師傅緊急維修。

Too BAD !!!

The young lady of front desk was too rude.　(29th of Maech. Around 4 p.m) She was very unfriendly. She told us we didn't have reservation of that day. Off course, we had. She confirmed our reservation No. we had .However, she had never said "Sorry". We had to pay much more expensive fee we expected. We won't stay your hotel any more. By the way, the other front man was good enough. Only the young lady was too bad !!!

Comfortable, business-like room.

Very comfortable. I appreciated in particular hard and soft pillow options. Quick walk from train station and accessible to many restaurants and metro in Ximen.

Not any personality, but does the job. Very small but well-designed room. Shower was annoying, impossible to get the handle to stay put in its holder.

The shower pressure is excellent, although the bathroom/toilet area is small for the unit given to me.

We will never stay in this hotel anymore & will not recommend to anyone.

We did not include breakfast when we booked the two rooms. Location was good. However, what shocked us was they Do Not clean your room. We stayed for 3 nights and every time we came back to the room, the toilet was smelly. We had to inform the staff & they just clean up the toilet & that it. We have never stayed in a hotel which does not clean up the room! This is totally unacceptable as we are not staying in an air b&b.

Location, within walking distant to Taipei main station and xiemending. Yumi the reception staff is very helpful and accommodating. Free flow of matcha latte and coffee at the reception.

The room WiFi is not working. The reception gave us a router to put in the room.

Very accessible location. Near convenience stores, restaurants, coffee shops, ximending shopping district and taipei main station. Staff are also courteous and helpful.

No closet. Space is relatively small for its price.

A nice stay in Taipei

The hotel is located quite near to Taiwan main station, so in a good position for reaching all Taipei areas. The staff is kind and available for any need, always smiling and helping (also for booking a taxy). The area is full of restaurants and places where to eat, full of life as well. I appreciate the taking care of the environment by asking how often you need to tidy-up your room.

The room was not too clean when I arrived, but nothing so problematic. There isn't the possibility to have a standard breakfast in the structure.

Overall a pleasant stay as it is quiet and room well maintained and clean.

The choice of pillow was good (a hard or a soft). Wifi is good in the day but once passed 10pm is not very strong. I tried your Italian restaurant and food is good. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Really like their altitude.

The hard pillow is too hard and soft is too soft. Bed sinks though.

Great location makes your journey easier.

The complimentary breakfast is provided in meal boxes prepared by the Tutto Fresco Restaurant across the street, different kind of food on different days,and always comes with a pack ofjuice or milk. I liked sitting at the lobby to enjoy the breakfast plus a nice cup of coffee. 😄

The space in the room is quite small.

would love to stay again, the front desk person speaks english so that’s a plus.

Its’s clean and the beddings are extremely comfortable. I liked how simple it is and very relaxing.

Not sure if it’s a thing in these hotels but the bathroom door doesnt lock.
