Ubicazione ottima, ben connessa, vicino a stazione treni, metro e autobus. Sopra all’tram 28 e piazza martim moniz.

Good nice but very impersonal and cold
Can’t give winter blanchet in mid summer, major overhaul

De kamer was proper en heel fijn.
De buurt voelt nogal onveilig

Personale gentile, camera pulita.

Although it's a very basic hostel, the beds were comfortable and clean. The toilets were also clean.
The staff were helpful and we were allowed to leave our bags after we checked out which was great.
Regarding the area and location wise, it's right off the main squares of Lisbon and a lovely walk up the roads to famous viewpoints, therefore very convenient.
Clean toilets but a bit outdated and with a bit of mold. They would do with a bit of refurbishment. (Toilet seat lose for instance)
We had a really hot night and AC would have been better than a fan. Lots of outside noise too, which can easily interrupt your sleep if you're a light sleeper.
The area where the hostel is located can seem a bit unsafe, especially at night. Whether it is or not, I don't know. I think it's a good option if you're just passing through Lisbon.

Location - close to all attractions, comfortable bed. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be eaten in front of guest house. Very nice and helpful receptionist who speaks English.
Old bathroom and last night we found huge cockroach walking around the bathroom. Lot of noises from the street, there wasn’t any night that we could sleep well and all night. The zone is close to the center but in the night it’s impossible to take a rest well.

The room is small but clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is great. - not only to get around the city (including a 15 walk to the Alfama) but also to get easily and quickly to the airport by metro or the beach by train. The best thing about this place is the manager (Prajwal) who seems to be at the front desk every day from morning to night. Prajwal is very friendly and extremely helpful and full of good suggestions.
THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING!!! The rooms are small so even if you’ve managed to air out the room somewhat during the day, you wake up in a sweat at night! You can’t leave the balcony doors open as the busy street below is too noisy. I slept little and very poorly for the 5 nights I was there. (It was around 32 degrees Celcius during the day during my visit). It was my last hotel from my more than 3 months in Europe and the price was what I paid on average all through my trip. Every single other place had AC for that price so I just (wrongly) assumed they would too. Lastly the room has no cupboard and the furniture is functional but cheap. The shared bathrooms are small and cheaply renovated. The sink is so narrow and with a shelf right over it so you can’t splash your face or rinse your mouth out without getting water on yourself.

Workers at the place treated us so well. Room with window and clean.
I could use higher heights beds and better mattress.

The guys at reception were pleasant.
Its a center but seems like the worst district!
I felt totally unsafe!
Awful place.
The room was very small, the district is very unsafe and scary.

Friendly welcome, bottle of water in the room, everything you need is there.
Nothing really.

Super friendly staff! Comfortable bed, interesting neighbourhood. Walking distance to “inner city”
The window headed towards a “shaft” not much light and air. But ok for a short stay.

location is very close to the Martim Muniz metro station, it is just 2-3 min walking distance. It is also close to the Rossio Square (Praço Rossio) where many public buses pass.
We have stayed a room with private bathroom. the room and the bathroom was generally clean.
the person at the front desk was warm and helpful.
the room was noisy during the night because of the other guest and the washing mashine in the kitchen.
unfortunately the bed was not so comfortable.

Basic and clean
The reception and rooms are on the second floor; guests must climb two dark and shabby flights of stairs to reach them.

The bed was really comfy, the location was amazing, the staff were very friendly, and the balcony was awesome!
When I needed to check out in a hurry to get to the airport, no one was at the front desk and I had to wait a while.

The guest house was totally worth the money. It was very clean, the host was really helpful, they even let us leave our bags the last day after checkout since we had a late flight. The location is very close to a lot of the attractions and well connected to everything else. Would definitely recommend!
