Amazing location, best pricing for Central Basingstoke

Place was great, nice and spacious, location in town centre - very convenient getting in and out.
Main drawback was the inconvenience of the booking process - had to pay, place a deposit etc. via email.

I liked the general concept of a self-contained apartment. Very clean generally.
House had a permanent strong smell of curry which we found out was actually coming in from outside and could not be eliminated.
The empty freezer was frozen solid. The drawers could not be opened and the freezer door could not be properly closed due to accumulation of ice. Being the type we were, we defrosted and cleaned it all out for them and got it usable.
It was impossible to get in touch with any staff using the first number on the information sheet. We had to speak with them as we could not find any permits for the parking that we paid for and could not risk a £100 fine for not displaying one. They kept saying they were on the phone and would call back if we left a message but no one ever did. We found another phone number in the end to resolve the parking. It was stressful after a four-hour journey.

Location and cleanses. The kitchen was superb.
Looks like the Satellite dish is off proper direction

Location was central
Bed was uncomfortable, TV did not work and was adjusted once but then reverted to not being able to watch even Freeview channels, each morning rubbish was collected outside at 5am an was very noisy

Good instructions to access the property and information linked to the facilities. Easy check out process as well.
The property was comfortable with good facilities
The bin lorries or some other activity going on very early hours of the morning on one of the days - otherwise very quiet

Excellent location, clean and very well equipped. The welcome pack of tea, coffee, biscuits etc was a lovely touch. The bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need . Communication with staff was always great, they were really friendly and polite and they did their best to help in any way they could. I wouldn't hesitate to use the apartments again.
The tumble dryer was quite useless and there was a limited supply of hot water as the apartment had a hot water tank. It was also a bit noisy first thing in the morning when the bottle bins were emptied outside our window (we were at the back of the building) but that wasn't the fault of the apartment .

location is amazing, EV charging hub next to it. very clean and complete with all you need. assistance from the staff all the way through. very good

the apartments are big and well furnished, good location and good quality for your money. happy with my experience there will probably repente.
the bed was a bit old and you could feel the springs in it. the mattress should be changed.

What breakfast???
Location good
Floor dirty, duvet with blood stain, one of the chairs had bad legs

I've used code provided by owner ,so easy to get in
Noise from restaurant nearby, very disturbing in the evening and night
4.3
This was ideal. Its safe and secure with coded access and it’s location is unreal! right in the middle of town near the malls, for shopping, restaurants and pubs. the Haymarket theatre is directly across the street from it.
it was to me , without fault 👍

very brightly lit, nice space

all good thank you.
Booking.com did not communicate clearly at all.
I booked-reserved the unit through their portal.
I received a payment notice and my daughter ''paid'' the accommodation. So we assumed that whilst the monies were reserved with booking.com that we had essentially booked the apartment. On the day we arrived- in a strange city, with limited battery power on our cell phones- there was no sign of any action at all. I then scrambled around for the number for the agents who knew nothing of this booking (foreign accents so that was challenging) and then only after we paid directly to them and not via booking.com -forwarded the POP were we allowed access.Booking.com had reserved the funds but somehow no payment had been made . NO CLARITY-NO COMMUNICATION-funny think is we have used booking.com over the years on numerous pre-covid adventures and the last time we used them in Scotland we had a similar experience BUT they had not confirmed our booking with the hotel so we paid TWICE! and are still waiting for the credit. Moral to my tale- I will not use that portal again!!!! (we off to SA on Mon and then to Sydney, back here and then to Croatia- WITHOUT BOOKING.COM!!!)
