Every room of this top-floor condo opens to a screened lanai with direct views of the crystal sands of Siesta Key beach and the beautiful blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Expansive view overlooks the entire south end of the beach all the way down to Point of Rocks.

This unit is located on the rear corner of the quiet, beachfront building that is ideally located for maximum fun and relaxation. Gated entrance provides added safety and security.

This unit is literally steps from the beach and just a short walk away from restaurants, shops, bike/boat/umbrella rental, fishing charters, live music, a tiki bar and a grocery store. Everything you need for an easy, unforgettable vacation.

We've got you covered. No carrying around a bunch of keys, we provide computerized, digital locks. No lugging chairs to the beach, loungers and beach chairs are provided for you. You'll also enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances, utensils, dishes and cookware you need.

Beautifully appointed and immaculately clean, the condo has an open plan that joins kitchen, dining and living areas in an easy flow of about 1,000 square feet. Bathrooms have been recently updated with granite countertops.

The unit has two separate, private bedrooms, each with their own en suite, updated bathroom, flat-screen cable TV, ceiling fan, hair dryers, free wifi, and Gulf view with sliding glass doors to the lanai. The master has a king bed and the guest bedroom has two twin beds.

The large, serpentine pool is heated year-round. Each unit comes with one covered parking space and extra spots for guest parking. For your convenience, luggage and grocery carts are available right outside the building door and plenty of coin-operated laundry facilities are available on-site.

Nearby Sarasota has all the social and cultural attractions you could desire: Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Mote Marine Aquarium, and The Ringling Brothers Museum of Art are all minutes away. A few miles north is St. Armand s Circle with trendy shopping and lots of great restaurants. You're one hour from Busch Gardens in Tampa. Two hours from Islands of Adventure, Epcot, Disney, and Universal Studios.

A computer and printer are available in the clubhouse for guests to use during office hours for airline boarding pass printing.

This property is in a great location with private beach access. No need to rush down for chairs. They have plenty for everyone staying there. The elevator is quite old but never seemed too busy. We were pleased with our stay.

This was our first visit to Siesta Key, actually Crescent beach. Tracy's condo was just steps from the beach. And unlike siesta key beach you don't have to walk a mile to get to the water. The condo was well decorated, very clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Top notch host!

Great location; it is within walking distance of several restaurants and shops, and the beach is very wide. Unit 703S itself is very nice with great views of the Gulf and the South End of Siesta Key from the balcony that's accessible from the living area and both bedrooms. The Unit was very clean and had everything we would have expected. The owners communicated everything very clearly and always responded to any messages within minutes. We hope to return again sometime soon!

Property is a great location. Right on the beach. Quick access across the bridge to a supermarket and many restaurants. Very secure with keypad entry onto the property. Plenty of beach chairs provided. Building is a little old but inside the condo is nice. Owner responded almost immediately with any questions. We had a great time would certainly come back to Pavan’s condo.

We’ve stayed in many places in Siesta Key and this was by far the best location. The beautiful beach is just outside the door and the beach chair service was great. We enjoyed the short walk to Captain Curt’s and the Crescent Club and the short walk to the trolley stop to go to the Village. The hosts were very responsive whenever we had questions and the condo was very comfortable. All in all a great vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at this location. Our only issue was the furniture. The furniture needs replaced. It was very uncomfortable trying to sit in the living area. Otherwise our stay was pleasant. The hosts were very helpful and informative throughout the whole process.

We had reservations from Sunday 8-27 through Friday 9-1 and we actually added another night until Saturday 9-2! We were so happy with the guidance of Paven and Tracy during our eventful week! Paven talked and texted with us through the entire hurricane and evacuation. We returned after one night and we really enjoyed our stay and the friendliness of the other residents. We were supposed to leave for home Friday but were fortunate we could add another day. We loved the area, we loved the Condo and will definitely return! The property managers were great, & check-in/out was easy. However, I do feel that we were misled by the advertising. We keep our stuff tidy & leave a place looking just like it did when we arrived, Within the week that we stayed, we saw 5 roaches during the DAYTIME running in the unit. (They weren't moving slow as if the place had been sprayed, etc.) One night I had a roach run across the top of my foot while sitting at the dinner table. This is just unacceptable. Additionally, the view is what really killed our souls. I never rent units at a beach that doesn't have a full, direct beachfront view. The view out of the sliding doors of the living area is of a rooftop next door, not directly "beachfront." It is a side view, & it isn't on the front. It was behind another unit that was closer, which had the beachfront. Also, we have traveled to many beaches, but we haven't ever been to a condo that draws the line & doesn't allow canopies beyond that, one that is so far from the water that you cannot watch your children.There were several rows of chairs in front of the area & we couldn't even see the water. We were overall disappointed w/this place. The owners were very nice & helpful answering questions. However, we paid more to stay here than we ever did in a condo in Sanibel that was nicer/newer, bigger, cleaner, & had a washer & dryer INSIDE the unit (NO COINS!) w/a quieter/less crowded beach, & directly on the beachfront. In all fairness, this info should be fully disclosed.

This was our 4th trip in a row to Siesta Key and was by far our best. The location was perfect and condo was as well. Pavin and Tracy communicated with us throughout the entire booking process and during our stay. The condo has everything you need. We unpacked our bags and headed to the beach, which is one of the shortest walks to the ocean you will find on SK. Hopefully, we can do it all over again next year. Thanks again Pavin and Tracy!

Pavan and Tracy were very attentive. They reached out to us a few weeks before our arrival date, which I really appreciated. Sometimes you don’t hear anything from the property owners until 24 hours before arrival. They also reached out to us after we settled in to make sure everything was satisfactory. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The location is perfect. You can walk to nearby restaurants or take a short drive. We would stay in this unit again!!

While I gave 5 stars on all aspects of the property some things need attention. The chair on the porch is broken,the couch and chair in the living room need cleaning, and a good set of wine glasses would help.Minor fixes. Alot of the condo is out of the owners control. A very sloooow elevator and it needs daily cleaning
