Superb

Well, at least the accommodation was without any problems, clean, internet, AC, quiet but there was a construction of a new building, doing some noice but that was not something that you can affect. Joseph is a good man, willing to do for you anything. Thanks J.

Nice staff, the guy in the reception gave us some hints and advice. The location is quite good, it is quite close (5 minutes walking) to a supermarket and a bus station. The kitchen equipment was enough for one-week stay.

There is a problem to adjust the temperature of tap water, however, it is a minor inconvenience.

Quite new appartment with comfortable mattresses. Baggage can be kept on the reception after check out.

Too small appartment. Metal pin inside electric socket (danger). Broken can opener. Small ants in one bedroom. One night lamp not working.

Photos didn’t reflect the apt

The property wasn’t for us, we were offered an upgrade which was a ground floor two bedroom, I was a little taken aback as the photos did not reflect the property we were offered. When we went back to get our suitcases we were offered a different apt, but we had made the decision to move on

The rules,because to be a pay aircondition-5€ per night For changing the towels 5 euros for cleaning the rooms 15 euros. In many places these services are included in the price. For a longer stay I think it is not appropriate if you have to pay for all this

Got an apartment that is not in the photos. Better deals for same money if you book more in advance.

The host (Luka) was helpful&polite and provided all the necessary details for a late check in, which went smooth. The location is nice, it's not far from the main attractions and the Bugibba Bay bus station. The bed sheets were clean and they left plenty towels.

The apartment was not as expected, there are no photos of this apartment presented, and it does not match to how the others look. It's rather small (more like a studio split into more rooms) and was not clean, bathroom did not look like it was cleaned between tenants and had mold on the walls. The couch in the 2nd room was dirty. The kitchen did not have a proper knife (there was 1 but the blade was as thick as the side of a fork, you couldn't cut anything with it) and no frying pan, we were lucky we have a friend who could lend us those during our stay. Be careful when booking in season as AC is extra charged per day and anything else you might need as well (extra towels/cleaning etc.).

- enough room, close to bars and shops - friendly owner - simple check in/out

- Water pressure not working properly in the bathroom, sometimes only cold water in the shower - little privacy on the balcony - neighbors can be noisy in the evening/midnight

Joseph was really great, very helpful, he gave us insight on what to visit, what are the best tours he even helped us with booking the boat trip and picked the tickets for us. He was available all the time. We have left our luggage there after the check out and he came back in the evening to unlock the office. The apartment was good, spasious with all necessary amenities, a lot of towels which was really great. The good value for the money.

The only downside of the place was the humidity, but I guess that's common for all places here on Malta.

Good generally but noisy due to other young residents. Joseph was very helpful in the matter.

Accommodation was generally well maintained and adequate.

Location acceptable. Lots of building works around generally. The bathroom needed work. Electric water heater is noisy and leaked.

the ap doesn t have enough facilities. The ap for 4 persons is too small, not comfortable for 4 persons, only one bathroom and a very small living- kitchen. Very noisy outside due to the construction site. The host was supposed to change our towels after 4 days but this didn’t happen. We asked for a refill for the soap and towels but they didn’t reply. The air conditioner cost additional 20 eur.

The location is very good and within walking distance of the Bugibba square, the Bugibba bus terminal and very close to different stores. The apartment is nice, clean and comfortable with all necessary facilities. Air conditioning and laundry service are also available for the extra fee, which is definitely a plus. The owner of the property, Joseph was super nice and very helpful. He gave us a map of Malta on the first day and marked all the places worth visiting explaining how to get there. He was very responsive. Any problem in the apartment was very quickly fixed. Joseph was friendly and made us like we were at home. We were staying for a month and would highly recommend the Central Suites. It's a great place to stay!

The location is very good and in walking dinstance of Bugibba square and Bugibba bus terminal. Facilities are also good in the apartment. It is also very clean and friendly staff. Definitelty a huge recommandation if you're looking for an appartment near Bugibba!

Joseph was very kind , helpful in every case and frendly. The beds was very comfortable.

The stove was very old. The bathroom should have more facilities. We should know the conditions of using the conditioning.

Comfortable, clean and completely worth it!!

What didn't we like!? The place was amazing! We missed our flight the first day and the owner was so thoughtful and friendly. The map he gave us, along with the recommendations, were exactly what we needed! The size and amenities in the apartment were brilliant and we both feel like if we ever go back to Malta, we will stay here again!!

Completely out of their control I understand but the water pressure seemed to be affected by the building work nextdoor some days. Again, this is out of their control but no issues with the apartment!!

Service/Staff were good as was the Maltese people.

Property as in photos on Booking. Com but, No windows to the outside of the property. 0ne iron set on fire which was quickly replaced with a second iron which fused everything and melted the plug. Remedied very quickly but refused to use the third iron. Fire blanket & extinguisher on wall but no fire/smoke alarm within the room. Alarm was situated outside of the apart in communal area.

no much parking spaces around the block , huge building site on the front of the block , many lorry’s with building material coming but it’s not there fault . building must keep going on they charge extra for air conditioning £ 40 per week

Spotless apartment, fantastic location, very accommodating staff

The Apartment was everything I wanted and more. The facilities were excellent and the location was literally a couple of minutes walk to the seafront. Joseph and his son were extremely helpful in helping prior to my trip and helped me organise my Covid test to return to the UK and a taxi to take me back to the airport. I would definitely recommend these apartments and I would stay there again.
