The accomodation was handy to all aspects of Orange but needs a complete refit and tidy up.

Location excellent to town and for travelling. Surprisingly quiet. Beds were lovely to sleep on and clean. Pricing was fair.

Needs a complete refresh. Bathroom - paint peeling above shower. Bathroom - mould above shower and in grout. Bathroom - furniture black and rotting near shower. Some furniture in living room and kitchen area was broken. Rangehood greasy and dirty. Bedroom heaters need complete clean as they were full of dust. Coffee Pod Machine was not heating / working. Broken drinking glass not replaced or removed. Curtains full of holes. Cookware burnt - not cleaned properly or replaced.

Owner friendly

This is second time I lived here .first time they charge me for clean fee and straight way cut from my bank card 100 aus dollors .that time I felt unhappy .but second time bco was first happen I was so careful about cleaning .u have to clean bin dish everything otherwise we all worry they charged but second time they didn’t charge us I spend one hour clean

Bathroom door .always broken .last time same .this time same .u can’t closed door well something wrong with bathroom door .one year ago when we lived same happen.

it was a nice place just need new cleaners that do a better job

location and room arrangements

flooring and hard surfaces were not cleaned well. kitchen plates were dirty and required cleaning before use. found items under furniture that cleaners missed during their cleaning including stains on lounge cushion.

A gem, (apart from the cold bathroom in winter!)

Loved the historicity of the building. Beds very comfy. Kitchen well equipped. Lots of space. Great to have washing machine and dryer. Great tv services. Effective heating.

The bathroom was not heated, the doors didn't close well. A dishwasher would be a bonus.

Charming cosy and central.

Dora Hall is charming. It was very comfortable for our family. One older bathroom but it was clean and stocked with necessary toiletries. In a quiet street close to the town centre. We watched a movie together on Netflix - it felt cosy being in a house rather than an anodyne hotel room. We had good communication from the property Re access etc so it was all very smooth.

Good location in quiet safe suburban street. Clean and functional accomodation net all requirements. Cafe directly across the road with good coffee and snacks.

Electric kettle did not work and mould in the bathroom. Shower cubicle was old and small.

Comfy beds, good heating, well equiped kitchen, walk to town, friendly neighbours.

A bit dusty. Poor bathroom- needs repair/ updating and a good grout clean. Lounge and dining chairs were dirty/ stained/ poor condition. On the corner of a busy road.

Last minute booking, but it all went smoothly. Apartment well appointed and huge. Only stayed overnight, but well set up for families and extended stays. Impressed at value compared to some motels in the area.

Shower water ended up all over bathroom floor, but not that big a deal.

Beautiful stay in cottage with character

The property was in a great location within walking distance to town. It was clean, well appointed with four bedrooms, tidy bathroom, laundry and fiire place. The building used to belong to the local council and has retained its beautiful 1800s character.
