The photos do not reflect the property - it is definitely not as nice as the photos show.

The location was easy to find

The photos do not reflect the property. The property was not very clean and had a musty smell. It is in need of some renovation - the walls are scuffed and overall needs a thorough clean - there was dust and a stale blueberry under the sofa, crumbs on the pull out sofa bed, and a sock in one of the drawers, there was greasy foil left in the grill pan, the fridge smelt sour. The entrance to the building is not secure - The door was already open - we didn't need the security code to open the door. We decided not to stay at the property and made alternative arrangements to stay at a Hotel in Leeds city centre.

Good appartment. Need to improve Linen cleaning

Nicely decorated.Highspeed internet. Decently decorated Good facilities inside the appartment Excellent location with good access to motorways and into the town. Many takeaways at walking distance.

Towels were unwashed and smelly, luckily we brought our own hence it was not a problem. , bedsheets and duvet covers were not clean and not changed either, with body hair and other stuff on the bedsheets. Sent the pictures to the managing company but there was no action done.

Property was very clean and a lovely space

I was not aware of the £125 deposit required and then it takes up to 10 days to return to you I have since had a full refund but was not made fully aware before paying to stay

Superb

Everything was neat and tidy, great location and facilities! Perfect for our 2 night stay!

I didn’t like the skull photo on above the bed in the second room, I think you could also do with a new ironing board cover. Apart from that all was pleasant.

Not worth the money.

It was a good location

It was highly unclean and with hand prints all over the walls , including stains on bedding. Made to change our own bedding as it was covered in stains and marks with no suitable bedding provided as spare either.

The accommodation was comfortable in terms of size,.

The property was not well cleaned. the room with ensuite toilet was dirty, microwave, oven and washing machine were all dirty. We had to clean them ourselves before we could use them.

very very disapointed and not worth the money will not use again ever

not a stunning apartment in any sense of the word becoming very jaded in many ways needs a complete revamp the owner needs to take good look round this property

floors creak in all rooms very iritating, toilet seats loose in both bathroom & shower room,shower tray seal gone, bottom tiles loose, black mould creeping up tiles disgusting, shower tray very slippy needs shower mat, oven fan on way out very noisy,microwave very smelly inside,1 cupboard door just about to fall off,bedrooms need curtains some people like to sleep in the dark blinds are hopeless

Disappointed

It’s a decent sized apartment

I had to pay a large deposit for this apartment as well as sending my ID including my driving licence. A deposit is pretty normal but I was asked for £175 incase of damages. When I opened the apartment door I was immediately disappointed as there were many existing damages. Holes in the door, smashed wardrobe mirror, cracked tiles in the bathroom, light bulbs that didn’t work, cupboard door in the kitchen and kickboard hanging off. The walls are needing fresh paint as there were dirty marks everywhere and some of the blinds were broken or missing.They had left coffee in a tin however it clearly had been there for a very long time and was unusable. I contacted the property immediately and sent them photos of everything that needed attention. We even had delivery of furniture which arrived when we were there so I had to phone them again to see if I had to accept the delivery. The apartment is listed as being 10 mins from Leeds which is an exaggeration at best. Thankfully the train station is very near so we used that. If an apartment is listed as Stunning then that is what I pay for and expect. Very disappointed,

The broken toaster, the cupboard door hanging off in the kitchen, the leak that created puddles in the kitchen and even though reported nothing was done accept a replacement toaster

It was big

The property is not 10 minutes from Leeds. It took over half an hour to get there. Not helpful and cost a fortunate in taxis. So it should not be advertised as such. It’s not an executive apartment. It was dirty, I had to get cleaning products just to clean and make it nice for my family and friends friends. the smoke alarm was hanging from the The ceiling, no fuse In The kettle. The toilets were not cleaned. Someone previous was sick and that was on the outside of the toilet. The cupboard doors in the kitchen broken. Skirting I’m sink Brocken. Sofa very uncomfortable. Not enough towels left for party so had to go and buy some. No shower supplies left or shower gel shampoos etc which is normal. The apartment has not even Been PAT tested which is a requirement under the law when renting out a property. The toaster only one side worked. Btw had to take the fuse out the microwave so the kettle would work. This property should come off bookings.com until the above has been rectified.

The bathrooms in the apartment are very filthy and not clean and the toilet brush are horrible, the mattress and the sheets are not even fit for use. there is nothing stunning executive about the apartment
