Good location. Great apartment :)

The location in the heart of the old town was idyllic. The sea for swimming was 1 minute away. The apartment had a real old-style character about it, but was also well equipped. Air conditioning in the main room. Our dog felt at home.
The parking area is 5 minutes walk away but an easy-to-use trolley is provided for your bags. The bedroom is not air conditioned, but there are fans

The host was very quick to respond to any communication and flexible about meeting to give the keys. They gave VERY helpful directions (with photos). Host also provided a cart to help with carrying luggage from the parking space to the apartment. Location is very quaint with a 2 minute walk to the water & restaurants. We had a great stay!

It was so cosy and genuine and the apartment fulfilled our purpose. The balcony was a nice place to sit in the afternoon/ evening. The situation near the sea and in to the restaurants was excellent. Also near bakery and grocery store.
It is not a place for someone who is disabled because of the narrow stairs up to top floor.

Great accommodation in Betina, hosts are very nice. Very close to the beach, very near the village centre.

its a lovely place to stay in a quet area, Located in a historical area of Betina. Dog friendly.
Chainsmoking neighbors in the common area where we had our clothes drying. Uncomfortable old bed.

In the old town, in an old house the apt. has a special atmosphere. The host was helpful.
I missed a little waste bin from the bathroom. We were promised a little cart waiting for us at the parking place with which we could have carried our luggages easily but it was not there. We couldn't use it when we left beacuse it wasn' t at the house.

Niece location in the middle of old town. Enough space. Clean rooms. Very close to port, beach and restaurants. Private parking place.
All was ok.

Stuffy smell, we were probably the first guests, it should have been cleaned before that.

The apartment is perfectly located, 2 mins walking from the town center and the beach in Betina. Around 15 minutes walk from murter. We had a lovely stay, the WiFi was good, the bed comfy and the Aircon great. There is a small balcony to enjoy the sun and they offer to wash clothes for around 3.5 euros. We would love to come back.
There is nothing we didn't like. The owner sent us photos to reach the property and they were almost perfect. We struggles to find the parking spot reserved to the property, but there was free parking next to the dockyard and we parked there.

The host was very friendly and hospitable. The apartment has many small creative solutions that are very personable.
This particular room was very dark, I love a bright room with a beautiful room, and this apartment could not fulfill these expectations. The terrace with a view of the city was also reserved for other apartments, which was a real shame. And the location right by the sea is not given either. It is a wonderful, car-free little town ... but my preference was a direct location by the sea and the terrace, so I was not satisfied with the price / performance ratio.

The apartment was very charming and it was very clean. Everything smelled nice, no spot or dirt anywhere. The location was superb, the small beach was just around the corner. The owners were very kind and helpful, a bottle of their own redwine was waiting for us. The restaurant Konota in Bettina was gorgeous, the owner is the chef who cooks personally for each guests and only upon reservation. At the parking space, there is a small bakery, Kruce Kruva (7 am-14 pm) where the foccaccia is exceptionally delicious.
There was none, we were absolutely delighted by the small city and the apartment too.

The directions to the parking spot were perfect. We were met and helped with our bag and they were very kind with our arrival time. The homemade wine that greated us was delicious. The location is beautiful and has plenty of access to the waterfront, with amazing nighttime views.
All 3 beds were uncomfortably hard. 2 were futon style so we expected it, but the actual bed in the bedroom was just as uncomfortable.

Location was great! A nice old stone building in the center of the old town, and also very quiet indeed - as there are no cars allowed in the narrow streets of the old town (the parking lot is still quite close by and the luggage can be brought to the apartment easily with carts). Everything is in walking distance - restaurants, sea, beaches, grocery stores, bakery, market, scooters. The couple that lets this place was super nice, helpful and friendly. Also the gave us the hint for the best restaurant we have been to in Croatia (Konoba Kornata), which is only a 3min walk from the apartment.

Very nice apartments in the city center. A little difficult to find but very nice. You will find a well adapted apartment very closed to the sea - but no view to the seaside. The host is very nice and helpful - we will come back!

The owner is very nice. The rooms are clean.
The oven and the toaster are missing.
