Schöne Urlaubstage in Cagliari und Umgebung

Zentrale Lage in kleiner Altstadt- Gasse. Man hat das Gefühl, man wohnt dort, weil es ein Appartement in einem Wohnhaus ist und auch Einheimische dort und ringsum leben. Marcello ist ein sehr zuvorkommender, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, immer erreichbar und einfach super sympathisch. Das Appt. ist ausreichend eingerichtet. Die Kitchenette reicht für die Zubereitung eines Frühstücks oder kleinerer Mahlzeiten. Es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in der selben Straße, ein größerer nicht weit an der Piazza Yenne. Ebenso sind die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel wir Bus und Bahn ganz nah, aber auch einige Auterverleiher. Man kommt mit dem Bus schnell zum Stadtstrand und mit den Fernbussen und Zügen auch weiter weg. Von daher ist Cagliari und besonderes diese Unterkunft ein perfekter Standort.

Идеальное месторасположение - 10 мин до вокзала, центр города в пешей доступности. В комнате есть все необходимое, свой кухонный уголок и ванная комната. Горячая вода без проблем - есть бойлер. Сама комната довольно просторная для двух людей. Хозяин апартаментов очень внимательный и всегда готовый помочь. Дождался нашего позднего приезда, хотя есть возможность самостоятельного check in, и показал апартаменты. В день отъезда предложил хранение багажа. Очень была рада знакомству 😊

Everything was great but the hospitality of Marcello was perfect! He was so helpful and kind. The location of the place is so central that you can reach everything you need just by walking. Room was clean and has every necessary tool in it. Grazie!

Sweet little apartment close to the train station

The owner Marcello is a wonderful host. He helped me immidiately without hesitation when my money and banc card was stolen. Thanks again, Marcello 🌷 The room is nicely renovated and has a lovely little balcony. It is right in the center with lots of restaurants and bars around.

It might get a bit noisy in the evening because of many bars and restaurants.

A perfect location for a very reasonable price!

The location is perfect, less than 10 minutes by walk from the central train station, that is also directly connected to the airport. It is near both to the port and to the centre, but at the same time the streets surrounding the apartment are all secondary streets and really quiet, so that a good sleep at night is assured. The apartment was perfectly clean and equipped with everything one could need for a short stay. The host Marcello was really kind and the woman who takes care of the apartments (Anita) is also always available via WhatsApp for any issue.

The wifi was a bit slow for me (~20Mbps), but I guess that's average here.

A nice oasis in the heart of the beautiful Cagliari

A nice small studio situated near all possible attractions. Mostly quiet except in some evenings when they have somme parties on the streets ( there is a specific eco for the narrow italian streets).. The studio reminded me of my student times with the kitchen on the lobby. For anywone willing to cook simple things it has enough pans and dishes. Five minutes walk from the main station and wonderful accesible with the elevator in the building. I could not ask for more. Simple check in and out. The strongest point is the quality of communication with Marcelo. I was glad to be able to practice my italian

the moldy smell in the lobby of the apartament- relevant for those who are alergic, like me ..and the poor internet.

Very good

The central location for the City was very good and the check in and out was excellent. The apartment was adequate for our stay and contact with the owner Marchello was excellent. It was very close to the main eating restaurants and an excellent base for exploring the City of Cagliari, with the train station and bus stops only minutes away walking. 1.30e for the airport transfer by train and then only a 5 minute walk to the property 😀

A toaster would have been a brilliant asset and some wine glasses, also a couple of bar stools to sit by the window of an evening looking out, although we did borrow the ones from just outside the apartment and then put them back 😊

Felt like a home equipped with all the essentials.

Great location, near to great restaurants and the busy centre but is on a quiet street so not noisy however the best part of renting this place is Marcello, the owner. He immediately took care of any requests, like more coffee inserts, extra blankets etc. He had many recommendations for car and bike rentals and could be counted on to respond quickly even after hours. 🙏

Returning to Cagliari, this appartment is the place to stay.

Marcello is a very friendly host, always there, when you need something. The appartment is in the old town of Cagliari, no car noise, everything you need and want to see is nearby. Kitchen (with a table) and living/sleeping room are separate.

Excellent can’t wait to be back.

The flat is very centrally located, walking distance to main touristic attractions in Cagliari. It is also walking distance from the train station and bus which offer easy access to other areas of Cagliari, like the wonderful Poetro beach. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, stores, etc… walking distance from the flat. In addition to all that, Marcello was very kind and allowed me to leave my luggage after the checkout. All in all, do hesitate to book and stay at Cinghiale Bianco.

The apartment was in a great location, close to the historic centre, the train & bus station & many restaurants & cafes. There is lots of space in the main room. The hosts were very helpful & thoughtful

The noise outside was sometimes too loud but that can't be helped. I'd recommend ear plugs to light sleepers. Sometimes the water pressure fluctuated. But no major issues

the owner was fantastic, so obliging and helpful, nothing was a problem, great area in the old town , easy access to everything. There is a lift in building -which was great our apartment was on the second floor .

Superb

Marcello was an excellent host - nothing was too much trouble. Apartment was perfect for our needs and had everything you might want for a comfortable stay. There was even a beach umbrella provided if you wanted to go to the beach. Bed was comfy and the bedroom was quite spacious, with a wardrobe and chest of drawers. Hot water in the shower took a while but we were on the 3rd floor!! Thankfully, there was a lift too.

We had booked for 3 days and were given one toilet roll. Not good to have to send a text asking for another one - there was no problem in getting one but it's just not something you should have to be asking for - it should be factored into the length of time you are booked for.

We had a great stay at Cinghiale Bianco. Marcello is a very good host and tries his best to accommodate the needs of his guests. We had a late evening flight, so Marcello let us use the room until evening as it was available. The standard apartment is very spacious, and kitchen also has necessary things for a quick bite. The place itself is as central as it gets. It’s very close to bus station, train station, a lot of restaurants and most important places. We really appreciate hospitality of Marcello and we recommend the place 100% . 10 star service .. 11 star hospitality.

Excellent service

The apartment is recently renovated and super clean, and it's situated in a vivid part of the city, close to everything. Despite the central location it is quiet to sleep, the air conditioning makes it nice and cool. It is a good choice for those staying longer and gives a possibility to "live like a local". The host is very helpful and kind.

Excellent location, very clean room.

The location was really great, I would totally recommend staying in this area. The room was spacious and spotless, and Marcello, the host, was very responsive and thoughtful.

We didn't manage to find any channels on the TV; not sure if this was because the TV had an issue or because it was just difficult to set it up. On the last day there was very little water coming out of the taps, but after a while the issue was solved so we didn't have to report it.

The owner is very friendly and very professional. Perfect apartment to stay in Cagliari.

The location is perfect for all the restaurants in Cagliari. There is option for parking next door in a garage. I also had a massage for 1 hour and it was great. You can go to the beach in Poetto by bus from via Roma.

It’s a so excellent place to stay if you have any time way to Cagliari.The huge difference it’s the location very close for everything you want coffee shop,restaurant,grocery and bus stations everything are about 5 minutes to walk.It’s very handy location and the apartment very clean and you can have whatever you want.Marcello it’s a welcoming person and very helpful with all what you want make everything simpler.For sure the best holiday in Cagliari and waiting to be back.Cheers 🍻

Perfect, clean and well-equipped apartment. The location of the apartment is ideally, a short distance to the marina where you can find the bus station to the nearest beaches. Additionally, the apartment is in the city centre close to restaurants, bars, etc. Everywhere is within walking distance. The host of the apartment is extremely helpful and reacts quickly to every noticed issue. Free-of-charge airport transfer which he offers is a huge benefit !! I strongly recommend this apartment and host.

A lovely mix of city and beach holiday

Central location was excellent and even though it was in the heart of the city it was quiet at night. Aircon was a must in the height of summer. Public transport was excellent, mask wearing exceptional and only 15 minutes to Poetto beach, which is highly recommended. It was a lovely mix of city and beach holiday.

Nothing...... maybe a couple of eggcups, but that's a problem everywhere. And some wine glasses?

The property is very clean and today. Great location very close to sites and old town.

Marcelo was very accomodating and explained everything in detail. He even walked to our car when we couldn’t find the street and directed us to the property.
