The location can’t be beat. The beach and restaurant were a tropical dream.
Room smelled like toxic glue and cat pee. Bungalow was humid and I got eaten by mosquitoes despite using the mosquito net.

Sink in the bathroom was beautiful, nice gardens, cute parrots, friendly staff, and excellent location on the beach, walking distance to grocery stores, a nice sushi spot, pier etc.
Bedroom didn't have AC and felt dusty, we were very sneezy when we turned the fan on. No fridge was a big bummer, as we couldn't keep water cold or bring home leftovers, no tv which was fine, just basic bed (hard) with only two pillows (also very hard) and mosquito netting around it, and I didn't feel that the property was overly pet friendly, even though it said dog friendly and he was on my reservation. (Restaurant staff ooh'd and aww'd over him and were very nice, but a few people came up to me in common areas and asked what room i was staying on, told me he couldn't be on the furniture, and to make sure i didn't let him on the bed - fine, but didn't feel like a welcoming vibe)

Restaurant location was good, staff at restaurant was friendly, food was good. The restaurant is the only thing that improved my experience. The hotel is pet friendly. The pool is ok
No private parking, had to park at the public street, front desk told me that the next day they will find a parking spot for me, however at the next day no one reached out. I had to go and find a better spot to park my car by myself. Hotel staff was not friendly, seemed like they didn't want to work there. Room didn't have AC (which is ok as it was called out in the booking app, however one standig and one roof fan for the entire room are not enough for the heat inside it (I didn't ask for an additional fan, so not sure if they can give you an extra one)

Amazing breakfast, delicious restaurant, perfect location on the beach and in the town, wonderful staff - incredible place for a relaxing vacation!
Nothing!

Great, friendly staff. Area felt safe for walking into town for meals and entertainment at night. Nice breakfast served beachfront with views to the surf.
Kind of noisy at night; loud disco music coming from somewhere in the neighborhood. People smoking while using the beach loungers (property of the resort); their smoke would drift right through the restaurant. Even though it's outside, it made for a very unpleasant dining experience.

This property is right on the beach and within a five minute walk of downtown. The staff is very friendly and attentive to all your needs.

The location was amazing, the overall funky theme was unique and fun
the bungalow idea was cool however the water hardly ran and sometimes ran out. The bungalows were constructed without privacy in mind making them very loud and hear everything from outside
The food was also amazing
the bed was uncomfortable, the functionality of the bungalow was poor were poor

even nicer in reality that the photos show- the bar and restaurant are exceptional and the position at the end of the village on an amazing family friendly beach was awesome. I wish I was still there!

This is a beautiful property that took our breath away when we entered. Then it got even better as we walked through the common areas directly out to the beach. In the evening the lighting beautifully accentuated the natural flora and fauna. It was such a relaxing and calm environment to enjoy fabulous food and delicious drinks.
When we arrived and asked for the wifi password, we were advised, "they are working on the lines". Well, we found out that had been going on for months. As someone who relies on wifi, and not a sim card, when travelling, this was a significant inconvenience.

We loved the location and the food
We stayed in a bungalow and got eaten alive. I wasn’t a fan of showering while watching ants crawl in from outside. The safes in the rooms don’t work and they offer to hold our valuables at the front desk- No thanks fix your safes.

Close to the beach and the food was great.
The room was a disaster. The beds were rock hard. The shower was broken and held together by a zip tie. The room was so old half the lights didn't work. The furniture needs to be replaced. The staff was so rude, including the bar manager. We left a day early to escape the place.

The location and staff were incredible. They worked so hard ensuring the place was well kept and clean. The restaurant was excellent. The location on the beach and in town could not have been better. Walking out the back door to the beach was incredible. Walking to beach to access dining and downtown was awesome.
My only complaint is that the beds were pretty uncomfortable. We made it through but they were super stiff and we didnt get great sleep.

Good location, towards the end of Samara beach so it's nice & quiet. beachfront with not many sun beds so it is a morning rush, the pool is quite set back from the beach. Nice grounds. Breakfast was fine, we had 4 or 5 options every day.
our first room had a terrible smell of mould, the bathroom lamps & shower were mouldy, my husband who has asthma struggled to breathe. we then had loads of bugs. it was an air con double room. we requested to move and we're given a triple room which was much better so I'd book one of those - much more spacious too, however there was a cockroach or 2 in the bathroom every night. there is obviously an issue with bugs here. lastly the parrots - lots of them kept in a cage that's too small, is cruel and upsetting to see. if you're willing to overlook the bugs and parrots the hotel is otherwise ok ok but I wouldn't recommend for these reasons unfortunately.

hotel location is what we came for, as it’s right on the beach.
the rooms have paper walls, if your neighbors are quiet and mindful then you are going to have a good sleep and if not then you’d struggle. so, one night we had nobody next to us and it was quite and the next day 4 people moved in, in the room next to us, and it was very loud!
the food in their restaurant is really just mediocre.
breakfast is also not so good!
on a check in we were given a room which was just freshly painted. the receptionist asked us if it’s really too bad, hinting that we should just stay. I asked her to check it out for herself and only then she agreed to change it. there also were no facilities in the hotel, except from them taking your laundry to a laundry facility.
parking is only public parking on the road in front of the hotel.
Sun beds aren’t even clean. when it rains they don’t really clean up, which is strange. and there are only few of them, so it’s not enough.

excellent location close to the city center and the beach
We had the apartment with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. The apartment needs a renovation. Most of the power outlets did not work, it rained through the roof, the furniture was shabby, the kitchen light didn’t work and there are no lamps next to the beds. Also, there were only 3 chairs in the kitchen while the apartment was for 5 people (we asked for another chair but it was ignored). Overall, the apartment wasn’t dirty but also not properly cleaned (e.g. shower wasn’t cleaned, fridge was dirty from the inside). We did not really want to touch anything or use the kitchen.
The area next to the apartment seems to be the garbage pit of the hotel and looked absolutely disgusting (mattresses and old chairs in the mud).

Beautiful property. Low-key vibe. Friendly staff. Great on-site restaurant.
Improvements are being made so it is a little noisy at times. A chair or place to sit in the bungalow would be a bonus.
