Pousada linda, aconchegante, extremamente bem localizada, funcionários super atenciosos. Amei e com certeza voltarei.

Boa, mas esperava mais

A localização é ótima, pé na areia, com um restaurante ao lado. O mobiliario da área externa é ótimo e tudo é bonito.

Fiquei em um quarto de padrão mais elevado, mas não achei que atendeu ao preço. O Frigobar estava comido pela maresia e não tinha tanto capricho nos detalhes. Acho que os horários da pousada podem ser repensados. As 9h não estavam todas as cadeiras na praia e os moveis de fora ainda estavam cobertos, o café começa so as 8h. Acho que falando em termos de praia, as pessoas normalmente começam o dia mais cedo. Gostaria de acordar e ja ver tudo posto.

Um lugar pra realmente descansar e recarregar as energias

Os atendentes muito educados e prestativos, em especial as moças da cozinha, café da manhã ótimo, acomodações limpas e organizadas, a localização incrível, você dorme ouvindo o barulho do mar, acorda e basta abrir a cortina e já visualiza a praia e o horizonte deslumbrante.

Pra não dizer que estava tudo perfeito, o estacionamento que fica na frente da pousada, a gente tem que ficar disputando com os outros hospedes, pois não há vagas pra todos e acontece do carro ter que dormir na rua, tirando isso tudo perfeito. Com certeza voltaremos outras vezes.

eh.. alright, but not a must stay or dying to return or recommend to others as the best place.

location, right at the beach, great views!

with the exception of the receptions staff whom were super friendly and helpful. the other staff was absent. no one cleaned the room for the three days, offered to change towels or replace ammenities. discovered in the last day that they could make an omelet (never offered the other days). sad and dissapointed.

Fair breakfast. Nice place to get it with a nice ocean view. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Beautiful ocean view from the room balcony

The room did not have a safe. The lock on the balcony glass door was broken and did not allow the door to be locked. The liquid hand soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty and no hands towel were provided. After cleaning the room there was a strange smell, not exactly clean.

Nice staff, great location, nice pool, good breakfast and for Juquehy ok on price-value.

Very nice location, room with seafront-view was really nice, cute pool and close to good restaurants and bars. Nicely decorated, friendly staff, good breakfast. There was an outsourced beach service and the hotel had some drinks in the fridge to offer in case you wanted. Good internet. Nice beds in the garden and fairly good chairs on the beach. All in all one of the nicer places I have been to in Juquehy.

A hotel like this really needs a bar. The staff said they were developing it, but was not there yet.

Great location; Small size pousada with a nice swiming pool and a pier facing the ocean.

The service is not professional. The hotel personal is not trained in hospitality. Room wasnt ready at the check in time; beer was warm; workers are not wearing masks (not even when preparing the food for breakfast).

Overall it was excellent. The location could not be better as it was right on the beach. The common areas were clean and nicely decorated. The rooms however were very basic and not super comfortable. We were a bit disappointed with this but we did not spend much time in the bedrooms. The host and staff were also incredible.
