A great and quiet place to stay in an old historic city

Location was great. a big apartment Near the bus station and the tram stops There were near by markets and bakeries. It was very clean. A welcome place after traveling from NYC.

There was nothing not to like We were tired from the long trip and it was cold outside and snow on the streets.

Wir waren schon mehrere Jahre Gast in den City-Appartements. Für die Zukunft suchen wir Alternativen

Die Lage ist gut.

Bei der Ankunft haben wir Abwasser-Geruch im Bad feststellen müssen. Der Vermieter wurde darüber informiert und hat sich übberrascht geäußert. Außerdem haben wir festgestellt, dass die Abluftanlage im innen liegenden Bad niemals funktionierte. Der Vermieter wollte etwas unternehmen, offensichtlich ohne Erfolg, oder es war nur ein Lippenbekenntnis. Das Problem wurde jedenfalls nicht beseitigt.

Cozy apartment, unfortunately no elevator.

Location is good, room rate is good too. Will definitely recommend it to friends.

No screen doors were installed. The flies come inside easily once we opened the door for ventilation. No elevator.

Great place, but WiFi too poor for working from.

The room and location was fantastic

The WiFi was very poor either slow speed or off line. Unable to keep a teams or zoom call alive.

Excellent location in the center of Jena town

Excellent central location in town. Many shops nearby, shortcut passage through buildings to quickly reach Grietgasse on foot despite the impression of a dead end. In addition the train station is very close, very good for trips to nearby cities like Weimar for example.

The main difficulty is parking. The information provided by the real estate agency is not updated according to the actual situation in the city, for example major and long works blocking access to a car park, incorrectly informed timetables and prices for other car parks. It is necessary to regularly update your information transmitted to your customers. Another contentious point: the terrace is not a real terrace, it is quite simply the internal courtyard of the building, which is more crowded with cars! Thank you for the pollution caused by the exhaust gases.

Exceptional

Great location, big room, comfortable bed and a massive bathroom. The accommodation could not have been better! We will use it again and recommend to our friends and family!!

Our own parking place nearer the flat would have been good....though the public park houses were close.

this is a very nice Appartement in the middle of the town. We had a very warm welocme by the owner of the appartment as we arrived. the appartment was very cosy and very clean and has everything that somebody needs if you spend a few days, the highlight if the big terrace. we have liked our Stay in jena and we would like to Stay again in this appartemttn in the future by our next visit if it is available we thank Familie Hundertmark that we could spend our Weekend in this appartment

everything was perfect i would only reccomend to fill this nice spaceful terrace with more flowers or plants to make it more nice !!!

everything was excellent, only the strange shouting neighbour on 2nd floor was a terrible experience

we liked free parking 8minutes from the appartment

Very strange neighbour on 2nd floor, who shouted on us while we were packing our heavy luggage into car. never seen such an anrgy person, yelling at us after 3 days of walking around town (so we were really tired and our legs were aching), that we cannot park even for 2 minuts in front of his garrage while we were packing things into car.
