affordable, great communication from property manager before arrival with clear and detailed instructions, although reception is not 24 hours, very easy to contact security, comfortable bed, clean room, shared facilities were nice. the university campus is great.. lots of space to walk around.

Very friendly and helpful staff; nice, quiet riverside location. Spacious room with big desk. Especially great for any business on the university campus, but town is accessible easy enough, too

Student style accommodation on the university campus

Good sized room with desk space, as well as kitchen/lounge shared with 3 other rooms. Washing machine available too. Quiet over the Easter weekend, peaceful and comfortable. no staff around but very well organized set up for security to attend and let you in.

Not much - a little out of town but that has pros and cons.

The room was excellent, very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was new and big. We could use the kitchen and the laundry. Clear check in information even if the reception was closed during weekends.

Perfect place to stay - particularly if attending events at UL.

Attending the World Lacrosse tournament held at University of Limerick- absolutely perfect spot to stay. great for self catering. Well supplied with all the kitchen equipment. includes a washing machine and dryer. Helpful and friendly staff team. Easy parking. Near to supermarkets.

Great value shared apartment.

I really enjoyed my stay. great value on campus accommodation. it’s especially good if you’re working at the university or In Castletroy. taxi to town wasn’t expensive though and came immediately and there are buses nearby

I would probably only book it again if I was renting the whole apartment but that’s a personal thing

Spectacular! I’ve booked this accommodation for 1 night each week for the rest of my term

Clean, excellent location and the amazing staff. I had to alter my stay twice and they staff were more than willing to help. Huge study desk and room. Short safe stroll to the main campus. Felt so safe walking home late from the library.

Ok for one night

Great Location! Bed was very comfotable and the room was nice. Nice to have access to a washer and dryer and good place to store bikes.

The state of the apartment was not good for €60 per person per night. We arrived and had to ask for loads of basic things that were missing. Toilet roll, dish towels, dishwasher tablets etc. You can have up to 8 people sharing the kitchen facilities and there were only 2 plates a few bits of cutlery, pans etc. All the rest was dirty and in the dishwasher ready to be cleaned. The lights in the kitchen didnt work either. DONT stay on a friday night or over the weekend. People use it to crash after going out and the walls between the rooms are very thin. One lady who was staying with us said that she had stayed in the accomadation for the last 4 years and this apartment was the worse she had seen.
