Good location for early flights, no frill basic hotel

Love the location as we had early morning flight to catch and it was about 8 min walk

Bit odd that no staff at all to ask questions. And the windows in both the bathroom and room needed to be better for sound insulation as we can still hear the traffic and the windows just seemed very old and cheap.

Bolo vidieť opotrebovanie,ale všetko bolo perfektne čisté. Amenities najlepšie z našej cesty po Japonsku. Kúpeľňa s veľkou vaňou,poloha 8min na letisko Itami ideálna na skorý odlet,verejná doprava do 5min pešo. Personál veľmi ústretový,prišli sme o 3h skôr a ochotne nám uložili batožinu než bude izba voľná a našli sme si ju na izbe.

Trocha opotrebované zariadenie.

The hotel was very convenient for visiting family in the local area. As we were there for a week we were really pleased with the large size of the room and the comfortable bed.

The hotel is next to quite a busy road which could sometimes be a bit noisy. When we booked there were only smoking rooms available, but the smell went away after a couple of days.

Great value for the money, nice bath

This hotel was one of the cheapest hotels I have ever stayed in in Japan. The location is easy to reach walking from the airport-around 12 min. The staff were very friendly. There was a nice big bath to relax in. The windows have a blinds that you can shut so the rooms are completely dark. Beds were comfortable. I thought it was a great value for the money.

Great price, friendly staff, great room, great location

This is the second time I've stayed at Reftel Hotel. It's a smaller size hotel where the accommodations are nice, especially the large bath area, reminiscent of "old fashion" Japanese bathing facilities where a washing and shower area outside of the deep large bathtub. The staff is very friendly and professional. Definitely order the breakfasts, whether European or Japanese style. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Osaka.

I wish there was a send-out laundry service option for convenience.

Excellent location near Itami with large twin room

Small hotel with large twin room, huge bath, and all the usual amenities you'd expect from a Japanese hotel. Conveniently located about a 5 minute walk from Itami Airport's check-in counters. 7-11 is adjacent, with several restaurants and a supermarket just a few blocks further up the street. Good value/excellent option for an early morning flight out of Itami!

Although the hotel itself is a bit dated, everything was clean, comfortable and convenient.
