Séjour paisible

La vue de notre chambre, la localisation à 15 minutes à pieds du port, à 5 minutes de la plage, d’une bonne pizzeria et d’un marché, la possibilité d’utiliser la terrasse pour manger nos produits en nous offrant les couverts. Le petit réfrigérateur à la disposition de tous les hôtes, la gentillesse du propriétaire qui veut rendre ses hôtes confortables.

L’aménagement de la petite douche sans seuil ni panneau de verre protecteur fait en sorte qu’il est très difficile de ne pas éclabousser le plancher de la salle de bain. Le lit est très dur et l’éclairage minimaliste.

Zeer basic verblijf.

Er is geen ontbijtmogelijkheid. Je moet daarvoor extern gaan, maar dat is wel op korte afstand mogelijk. Er is ook geen mogelijkheid om iets te drinken. Zeer basic op vlak van comfort. Een ventilator aan het plafond, maar die maakte lawaai, zodat je niet kon slapen als die aanstond.

Geen mogelijkheid om iets te drinken. Ook geen koelkastje om een extern gekocht drankje fris te houden.

A charming traditional locanda at the top of the Stromboli village

This is a very small hotel located at the top of the village of Stromboli. The hotel itself is very charming and the owner is a very very kind person that will make sure your stay is pleasant. From the bedrooms upstairs you have a wonderful view on the Strombolicchio. There is a beautiful small garden/terrace which we enjoy to relax and cool down. It's a shame the owner doesn't offer the possibility to have a small breakfast in the garden to enjoy more the locanda experience, although there are places close by where you can have any type of breakfast.

Unfortunately, the hotel is located on the Main Street of Stromboli and you have loads of mopeds and tricycles (Piaggio Ape) passing by from the early hours of the morning, so it is quite noisy. Also we had the room downstairs and you don't have any view from the windows. The bathroom was of good size but it would definitely need some upgrade (especially the shower). There is no air conditioning only a fan on the ceiling; unfortunately the fan was shaking and making a lot of noise and kept on waking us up during the night.

excellent, highly recommend

the room was amazing,in front of my bed was a big window to the sea, I could see the sunrise from bed… Andrea the host was very friendly and the location is perfect, in the middle and close to everything. with Stromboli the mountain behind, it’s a blessed place.

Really special place. No complaints!

Great location, very eclectic decor comfortable bed. The room was cool despite really hot days. Huge shared terrace with view of Stromboli volcano.

The room was right off a shared terrace so if people were on the terrace there was no privacy from noise. Be sure to ask for the room with privacy.

I love this place midway between the volcano and the sea. Andrea is a wonderful host. It's a pity that the restaurant and the breakfast are no longer served, but this does not change the beauty of the place and the charme of the hotel.

The people are always important. A lovely cheerful host. Andrea and his family were great! He was very helpful with making reservations even when I changed my mind several times - he was onto it straight away. A fabulous location with great views and a stones throw away from the central piazza. I see below I am now being asked to rate the size of my room - it wasn't the biggest but it was perfect for my needs. To Andrea - tante buone cose! 😁

Great little place

Lovely b&b, well located with a nice garden. The room was spacious.

There’s no AC in the rooms, so perhaps not ideal for a stay during the summer, specially on a volcano island. There was ceiling fun which moved a lot and creaked. The room faces the street, so with windows open there will be noise from 7am to 1am.

Cosy but no breafast

Room with atmosphere. Good sized terrazzes. The location is good, close to the church. View from the street phasing rooms are fantastic.

No breakfast and none available close by. No shower curtain. No AC Quite a bit of noise from the street.

A little gem in Stromboli

We stayed with Andrea in his delightful guest house for 2 nights and managed to walk to the 400meter point to see the volcano at sunset. Andrea was so helpful to us to help us use our time on the island best. The guest house is atmospheric and feels like part of the village. This is the place to stay. Thank you and hope to visit you again sometime.
