Perfekte Lage mit genialer Dachterrasse 🏖

Die Lage des Appartements ist fantastisch. Man ist gleich an der langen Promenade und am Strand. Viele kleine typisch spanische Restaurants sind entlang der Promenade und man hat immer Abwechslung. Schön ist auch, dass man hier noch etwas von den spanischen Bewohnern mit bekommt und es nicht so touristisch ist wie in anderen Orten der Costa del Sol. Das Appartement ist nicht allzu groß aber für 2 Personen perfekt, 3-4 ginge kurze Zeit auch. Die Ausstattung ist okay, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Betten waren gut. Ich bin normalerweise sehr empfindlich, aber das eine Bett im 2 Bettzimmer hat eine sehr gute Matratze. TV funktioniert gut, ebenso WLAN. Es ist ein großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach vorhanden. Wir waren über Silvester dort, da wird es nachts kalt. Aber mit der Heizfunktion der Klimaanlage konnten wir das Wohnzimmer prima aufwärmen. Der absolute Wahnsinn ist die Dachterrasse. Sie ist schön groß, mit Segel, das vor der Sonne schützt hat aber auch genug Platz, um die Sonne zu genießen. Es gibt einen Gasgrill, um auf der Dachterrasse ein barbecue zu machen. Ein bisschen Meerblick hat man durch die Terrasse des gegenüberliegenden Hauses. Wir hatten sogar 2 Badetücher auf den Liegen. Wenn man Wäsche waschen will gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäschetrockner auf der Dachterrasse. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit von Verónica und ihrem Mann. Sie haben uns sehr viele Tipps gegeben und alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Wir sind erst abends angereist, haben Verónica vom Flughafen aus angerufen und sie hat uns sofort empfangen. Auch bei der Abreise durften wir die Koffer bis nachmittags stehen lassen. Vielen lieben Dank Verónica. Was auch sehr gut ist, man braucht kein Auto denn die Busverbindungen sind super. Die Bushaltestelle in das Zentrum ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt und mit der Linie 3 und 11 kommt man bequem in die City.

Das Licht der Deckenlampen ist sehr hell und ungemütlich. Ich hätte mir eine Tisch- oder Stehlampe gewünscht. Es gibt sehr wenig Steckdosen. In der Küche nur eine, was das hantieren etwas schwerer macht. Bei 2 Personen hat man ausreichend Platz für alles, bei 4 wird es schwierig, die Klamotten etc unterzubringen, da es wenig Abstell- und Ablagemöglichkeiten gibt. Das Positive überwiegt bei weitem.

Perfect stay for a group of friends for a few days in the best part of Pedregalejo.

The location is unbeatable, less than a minute walk to the beachfront and all of the restaurants and cafés in Pedregalejo, on a quaint little street.

Great place to stay.Highly recommended.

Very quiet safe location very close to the beach,shops,restaurants and supermarkets.10 minute bus ride into Malaga.Apartment had everything.Good cooking facilities,good wifi.good aircon,good shower.Comfortable beds.Nice rooftop space.Veronika is a great host.

It would be nice for non-Spanish guests to be able to watch international tv (by satellite?) All of the tv channels were in Spanish.

Perfect apartment to relax by the seaside as well as explore the city of Malaga.

The apartment was very clean on arrival and the location was fantastic! less than a minute to the beach front. only a short bus ride into Malaga’s old town for €1.40. we found lots of local bars and restaurants nearby with fabulous sea views. Veronica was an excellent host and went out of her way to ensure we were met at the apartment with a warm welcome despite being late at night (later due to a slight delay with the flight? 😬) wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family and will definitely be back!

Convenient location, a place to sleep while you're enjoying outside activities

The location is excellent; beaches, cafés and restaurants are just there around the corner, and the centre is easy to reach (also on foot). The roof terrace is a great bonus, it's nice to have breakfast there even in January. The neighbours are quiet. The hosts reacted and changed the modem very fast, when the internet connection wasn't functioning

There was some strange black dust entering the house (my sister guessed it was from the new asphalt on Calle Bolivia behind the house). The sofa in the living room looked appalling: worn and greasy, so my sister bought a blanket to cover it. The bathroom has a funny odour, as soon as you switch off the air conditioning. There was not enough light for reading, so we had to buy lamps. No oven, and the kitchenware is very basic. We bought an electrical extension, as there were not enough sockets in the kitchen. No washing powder, not enough toilet paper: you have to provide for yourself.

Beautiful stay. We had an amazing time. Thank you for everything.

Our host was punctual and very friendly. The value for money for the property was excellent. We would definitely like to stay there again. She has thought of just about everything to make our stay feel at home. There is even a little first aid kit you can access on the main floor. The main living space of the apartment is small but there's a foldaway table to make the most of the space. The location is absolutely perfect. It's tucked away from a main road and just around the corner from the beach. Right from the apartment is a pedestrian path to the beach so the kids can safely walk there with no worries about crossing roads. The beach shore is well sheltered and there are playgrounds right on the beach. Loads of restaurants too! It's less than a 5 minute walk to a bus stop that goes right to the main city and runs every few minutes. So easy to figure things out, even with barely any knowledge of Spanish.

The sofa bed was truly awful. Everything else was comfortable but the sofa bed is way past it's prime and really should be upgraded.
