室内に、トイレもない、バスもない、アメニティーもない、こんなホテルは初めてです。間違いなく、お薦めはできません。施設を観点にすれば、それは綺麗で、全く問題はないと思われますが、、、

Great lounge area, massage chairs, swing chair, tables and fully equipped small kitchen, also a nice women’s bath

While close to the station, it’s far from the main areas in Tokyo (20-30 min to Shinjuku/Shibuya)

Comfortable stay in Kawaguchi

Clean and comfortable, they provide sanitary pads if you need some.

Walls were thin people staying next to our room were probably having drinking party so it was very noisy so I found it hard to fall asleep.

I’m pleased we stayed in Coco stay we had an amazing unique experience

first timer in Japan🇯🇵 we had an amazing experienced shared facilities it’s a unique!!! Thank you to all the staff they’re really friendly and accommodating 👏

The lounge are and bathroom set up was very comfortable and convenient.

The property doesn’t have a taxi service which is standard for any hotel. The walls are thin, I couldn’t sleep because I could hear my neighbors all night.

Good value for money, polite and helpful staff, comfortable stay overall.

There was no breakfast included with the room. However, the hotel being close to a train station, there are plenty of convenience stores nearby to get food from, and you can eat at the hotel's common dining, kitchen, seating area which is tastefully decorated. There is even a hammock!

Shared toilets, but they are very clean and sanitized regularly. For a night's stay, we didn't mind it so much. Check out time is at 10am which we thought is a bit early. But you can hang out in the common area and read manga.

Relaxing Coco Stay

It’s very close to the train station. It is very clean, and every day the room is cleaned and replenished with amenities. The staff are very nice and helpful.

It’s really cold in the hallways. I hope it also gets warmed in winter time. Also, the water in the onsen is extremely hot.

Very good

Location was great! Right at the train station. Loved the common space, was a great place to get some work done with power sockets. There were also massage chairs which you could use for free!

Rooms were not really sound proof so you could hear some noises from other rooms, but i wasn't too bothered by it.
