Enjoyed walking around the lake on the beautiful days. The view is magnificent. So close to town.

The house was well stocked with provisions for breakfast (milk, bread, coffee, tea etc) All of the rooms were comfortable and good amenities.

Great relaxing getaway.

Very close with it being walking distance to town.

Ceiling fans in the bedrooms would have been helpful as it was quite warm.

Great few days enjoying exploration of Beechworth and Bright.

Comfortable, no frills, lakeside location. Easy short walk to town. Close to walking trails around lake and along rail trail.

Very enjoyable.

Lovely location, excellent service, lovely accommodation. Unexpected little touches of milk, fresh bread and butter in the fridge, and warm throw rugs to snuggle up in on the couch made us feel very welcome.

Relaxing and cosy, we will stay again.

The location is superb, easy walk to town and beautiful outlook. The house is warm and comfortable and very well equipped.

Just a lovely place for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.

It was beautifully appointed with lots of lovely thoughtful touches. The location was outstanding and the local surroundings were beautiful.

Excellent stay in Beechworth

Very neat and tidy. Had everything you needed to feel at home immediately. Comfortable couches...beds good. Excellent location near the lake and walking to town.

Walking distance to everything. Super clean and comfy Everything provided. even milk, bread, margarine and vegemite. Toiletries and lots of clean linen provided

Nice place, had everything we needed and more. The owners were great and had great communication and the location is beautiful, with good views of the Lake outside! highly recommend. I like how the studio had two queen beds.

Not really anything. There were lots of insects around, some already there inside when we arrived.

Spacious studio close to both the lake & town where you hear the kookaburras.

Location right next to the lake & also a 5 minute walk to town

The shared common ground maybe an issue for some guests. Wifi didn’t work.

Great place

Very well stocked. Alot of extra, linen. Bright and warm. Beds comfy, everything you needed was available. Milk, butter and bread in fridge, condiments and tea coffee etc. Great shower.

Heidi and Jim were excellent hosts, checking in/out was very easy, responsive to any queries we had.

Location was perfect. Easy short walk into main town centre for shops restaurants. Situated right on the lake so perfect for a morning stroll before breakfast. Close to the Beechworth bike track so we didn't need to drive to get anywhere. Hosts were very helpful with advice and guidance on places to eat. Kitchen was well stocked with tea/coffee condiments and fridge had fresh milk, butter, bread. Plenty of towels, soap etc. Undercover parking for the car.

Clean property, location to the lake and town was great and amenities in the property were great.

Pillows very uncomfortable, a bit tricky being so close to neighbours who may be a bit loud.
