Good breakfast cooked to order.
Excellent rural location.
Room a bit cramped, shower room very small. Could do with updating.

Eleanor was a great host and made us feel very much at home.
Nothing not to like.

One of the other guests came back late one night (nothing to do with the accommodation) and woke my and my partner up but bed was comfie, room was lovely and breakfast was fantastic. SUPER friendly
Part from a guest coming home at 2am and banging doors everything was excellent

The location was beautiful peaceful and quiet just what we needed bedroom a good size and having a separate space outside your room to relax and watch television if you wanted to.

Very convenient location close to Cahir, very cozy countryside accommodation. Eleonor was very helpful with tips for dining in the area and made us a good breakfast. Very friendly dog was a plus! Would reccomend!
The room may be small but very nicely decorated and with a full bathroom en suite so nothing to complain about 🙂

Super cooked breakfast. Very friendly and informative host. Very comfortable bed and lovely views.

Everything. The view of the mountains from the stairs landing was spectacular. The lovely breakfast we got every morning made by Eleanor. I loved hearing the cows, hens, guinea fowl, two little dogs and a cat. The peace and quiet there was heaven. Eleanor is such a lovely person, very welcoming and friendly. Will definitely be back again. Thanks Eleanor
Nothing I didn't like

Delicious breakfast, freshly cooked with lovely newly laid eggs.
Wonderful views from breakfast table. Very assessable to interesting places and tours.
Room size was a bit tight, getting past each other to get to the toilet. Fan in shower room was loud but worked well to extract the moisture.

Quiet location with beautiful country views in a rural setting. Comfortable and relaxing facilities and helpful host for first time visitors to Ireland. Close to tipperary historic sites.
Nothing to dislike.

Relaxing step next to Cahir and the Rock of Cashel. The setting and the view of the small living room are top and the breakfast of Eleonore is awesome! 😁
The room is great too!

Perfect Irish breakfast.

The host Eleanor and her husband Sean were very welcoming and made us feel at home. The upstairs room was clean and comfortable.
The countryside very picturesque and the family farm with dogs, cows, hens etc was inviting.
Nothing to dislike

This was a family home just out of town surrounded by farming. It was lovely and peaceful. The lady of the household was lovely and very helpful. The cooked breakfast was well presented and to what we wanted.
The room we were in had a sloped ceiling which caused a few head bumps during night. There really is nothing more we could fault about the property. It wasn’t really a fault. Just a minor difficulty if you are a bit tall.

Great views and surroundings. Eleanor is very pleasant host, always ready to help. Her breakfasts make a perfect start of each day. Room, although quite small, was clean and comfy for two people.
The room is small, bathroom is situated right behind a bed and doesn't ensure full privacy.

Eleanor was a very lovely person and the room was very comfortable

Breakfast was delicious. Eleanor is a wonderful hostess. She gave suggestions on nearby landmarks and restaurants and we are so glad we took her advice. Her bed and breakfast is exceptional. If my husband and I are ever back in Cahir/Tipperary we will be sure to stay again. Thank you Eleanor for your warm hospitality!

It was situated in a beautiful area not far from Cahir town centre . Elenor was a superb host and we enjoyed our time here .

comforatble and relaxing stay

Room was very spacious, beautiful views from all windows.
Although there was a nice private area for chilling out and to watch TV, this would have been better in our rooms.

The house was nestled away down a track and was very quiet and peaceful. (Apart from the farm dogs enthusiastic welcome!) The house is comfortably furnished and there is everything you could need at hand. The rear terrace had seating and a table which looked out over farmland and a range of hills .
We sat and ate an impromptu picnic supper with the ducks and hens keeping us company with their "chattering" on both evenings we were there. A wonderful end to our day!
Breakfast was to order and was well cooked and presented. Our host was friendly and informative about local facilities and how to get there. Our room was of a good size and was well equipped.. We were well looked after and it was a delight to be there.
Having to leave after just two nights!

This B&B was located in beautiful rural Cahir, just 5-10 minutes to town. The farm was very pastoral with cows, chickens and ducks, and beautiful views of the mountains. The accommodations were comfortable and a separate sitting area with large TV and refrigerator was available to us which made relaxing in the evening very enjoyable. Eleanor was so sweet and accommodating and made a great Irish breakfast!!
Nothing, it was great.

The views were beautiful. Breakfast was good
We would have preferred to be able to sit and watch TV in our room. Its quite a long way out of town you would need a car if staying here

Such a nice place to stay and yummy breakfast!

The location was very pleasant. Breakfast was good and our host, Eleanor, very friendly.
The best use of space was made in our very compact room. It was great to have reading lights positioned on the wall behind our bed as we are both fond of reading in bed, and this is something not found in the majority of bedrooms.
It took a while to get used to the shape of the ceiling without banging our heads, but that is a small thing really.

Eleonor is a wonderful lady. Beautiful house and surroundings. A real Irish village. Lovely patio, lots of activities for children, table tennis, delicious breakfast in a relaxed atmosphere. Friendly pets, dogs, cats, chickens, ducks. Fantastic place to spend time with the kids. A lot of places to visit around. Highly recommended. Thank you Eleonor :)

Everything was perfect, beautiful location close to golf courses and Mt. Melleray. Lovely breakfast to come down to and great coffee. Eleanor was very helpful and made sure our stay was enjoyable, many thanks 😊 definitely will be saving this little gem for our next trip.
There was nothing to dislike with this place!
