Most staff was wonderful- some front desk need brush up on hospitality etiquette and friendliness.

I love the cleanliness and room size

We had to switch rooms three times. The staff was wonderful in trying to accommodate us. Unfortunately we ended up in a room with double beds and our view was the parking lot block wall - very depressing

Really well located and free parking, amazing roof top with pool and views of the city . Decent wifi Had breakfast once but it was good and fairly priced

Pretty noisy on the main road when trying to sleep, the double beds for the twin rooms are pretty small (which I got for 2 bookings despite a request)

the location is great and this is my go to hotel in Aguascalientes . The pool was closed for the month of January it would be nice if they could have a heated pool so you go and relax in their but other than that everything is great. Staff is great :)

the pool was closed :( they need to add heated pool because in the day , even in January its hot during the day and would be great to be able to go to a heated pool. other than that the hotel is perfect. Location staff everything is close.

A good choice in a pleasant city.

Good location, a short walk from the main plaza. Bright, cheerful room, good shower. Would stay here again.

Restaurant was kind of institutional looking - could use some decoration - and sometimes TV was too loud in restaurant..

Pool disappointments

It’s tidy. Internet works better than it did before.

I’d been there a couple times before COVID with my family for leisure weekends. Particularly because of the warm pool for the kids. We did a late check-in at 8:00 pm, and the pool turned out to be closing at that time. Okay… trying Sunday morning at 9:00… surprise! Opens at 11:00 (no one told us, nor there is a pool schedule posted). We get there to have the kids enjoy a little while before the checkout at 1:00 pm… And the water was cold! Older kids got in, but there’s no way I was going to take the baby in. Super loud banda music from the store; I think the guy supervising the place was in love or something. Awful.
