Beautiful garden cottages, super friendly hospitality team and amazing location right at the beach

Staff was absolutely lovely and supportive, especially the team at the reception and housekeeping :) The cottages are beautiful with lots of greenery around to stay cool during the day and have everything one needs for a relaxing and calm holiday. Loved that there were no TVs in the rooms and the half-outdoor bathrooms were wonderful.

The food at the restaurant was ok. Preferred to eat at the restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood for lunch and dinner. Also, the breakfast is complimentary which means one can choose one dish, a juice and a hot beverage like tea or coffee which is kinda confusing when it says "breakfast included" in the reservation. I assumed that I could order/choose a fruit salad and a porridge for example. However, the team accommodated my need for a larger breakfast as I didn't want juice. A limited number of sunbeds were available.

Location location

Great location on the beach. Comfortable bed, nice open bathroom. Spacious hut. Nice verandah. Lovely setting, lots of greenery. The staff were friendly.

We found the hut to be very dark and gloomy - there are not proper windows (maybe this is to keep them cool?). We didn’t like our hut’s location right beside the restaurant. There was a wedding one evening and it was noisy until late - not only the wedding guests, but the kitchen staff washing up next to our hut. We felt they probably should have housed the wedding guests in the huts closest to the restaurant. Not sure why, but the hut only had a bedside light on one side of the bed, and this didn’t work properly; it kept flickering. A member of staff did come to fix it but it still didn’t work afterwards.

A lush stay on a beautiful beach

Garden facing cottage in lush shade of banana trees and frangipane. Veranda to sit in the cool during the heat of the day. Comfortable rooms, very clean. Beach towels etc provided. Great bar restaurant providing filtered water any time with a smile.

A few noise issues at night but that is expected in beach cottages.

Perfect

Beautiful cottage / hut in beautiful grounds. Lovely decor, comfortable bed, gorgeous bathroom, everything we needed in the room. Nice food in the restaurant, location is perfect and the staff were lovely.

A relaxing stay on beautiful Agonda beach

We stayed here for a week over new year. The location is wonderful, right on the beach and a few steps into the ‘town’ with restaurants and shops immediately accessible. Sitting on the balcony watching the sun go down was perfect. The people working in the bar/restaurant below were lovely, as were the hotel staff.

Amazing location and big comfortable rooms

Great hotel on the beach where you can watch the sun go down from your room

Right in the beach. The rooms were very good with both a sitting room and bedroom both with aircon and when we had an issue with the aircon they fixed it. Great property access to the beach and restaurants

There was nothing I didn’t like except found the bar prices high compared with other places and the music from neighbouring hotels played until 5.30am so could be noisy form some

Pretty cottages in lush green setting right next to the beach and near great yoga studio

The lush greenery, design touches and friendly staff. Also good to be near Sampoorna yoga and zest.

Superb location right on beach with great service

Location, Food, Drinks, Ambience, Service staff (esp Ramji, Pradeep, Ganesh). They went the extra mile when they set up the beach sitting area for us. They were very patient with our group orders. Even housekeeping was excellent with all requests.

Excellent beach-side stay with Great Restaurant & Staff

This property is literally on the (gorgeous) beach. My cottage was mere feet away from the sand. Lovely big bed and room, great a/c and Wi-Fi, friendly staff. A lot of reviewers previously mentioned the breakfast - I found it to be exceptional in quality and service. Would definitely stay again.

Hard to find fault. For a quiet beach break, it’s hard to beat.

Great location

The location on the beach is great. I liked the view from the restaurant. The cottage was spacious and clean. The food was tasty. The staff-particularly the staff at Reception -were very helpful and one staff member kindly helped to organise a boat tour for me. The cleaner was very friendly and helpful. The staff kindly helped to carry my bags. I would stay again and recommend it to others.

A divider between the shower and the rest of the bathroom would be an improvement. The water from the shower spread out across the floor and the floor stayed wet for a long time. The AC was sufficient but a little weak.

Great location on the beach, and also close to Yoga drop-in venues, bars, restaurants, shops. Cottages are amongst lush vegetation, and feel secluded and private. AC good, Hot showers, comfortable beds, amazing staff, who all had a genuine interest in the guests. It was a happy place.

The wet room could do with a better drainage/floor finish.
