nice place to stay

all was really great

check in was a bit longer, than expected, however it was a rush out in the restaurant and stuff was busy

Der Aufenthalt war ansonsten erholsam . Ruhiges Dorf nahe Arbon.

Die Grösse der Zimmer war super. Leider gibt es kein Frühstück da das Restaurant erst um 11 Uhr öffnet. Es gibt aber eine tolle Bäckerei in etwa 100 Meter Entfernung mit sehr feinem Brot und der Möglichkeit zu frühstücken.

Die Lage ist gut aber leider an der Hauptstrasse. Man kann nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Die Kirche auf der anderen Strassenseite bimmelt viertelstündlich :-( .

Superb

The building and interiors are a mix of traditional Swiss/Bavarian (?) architecture with a Mexican flavor, it turn out OK and interesting. The rooms were real spacious and well equipped. However a bit dated. The Mexican restaurant is real nice.

visiting our children and grandkids snd being able to walk to their house is wondetful, bakery next door, Volg just a fe

we have been to this property many times, it is great to have a little apartment in the hotel, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful

they still do not have a frying pan nor a lityle pan to heat up milk! would be reslly nice if they would provide that too, and decent glasses, the ones provided are horrible to drink from

A cozy & convenient location near St. Gallen

Studio room was very spacious, had all of the amenities I needed. Bed was comfortable. Had instant coffee & tea provided in the room along with pots and pans, silverware, a small fridge/freezer. Plenty of towels. I didn't spend too much time in the room or in the surrounding area as I had a conference in St. Gallen so it took me about 20 min to get to Olma Messe from the post bus 200 which ran every 30 minutes towards St. Gallen. Just be sure you have a bus coming back from St.Gallen because it stops running at a certain time. It takes about 25 - 30 minutes to get to the main station in St. Gallen from the hotel.

Only the road noise is the only complaint at the location however, when the windows are closed you can barley hear the noise. Some old greased up baking paper was found in the oven. Towels were a bit rough and thin.

A room with a kitchen

Huge apartment- including kitchen. Elevator worked well. Lots of sitting space- table and chairs. Friendly staff. Good restaurant.

Smoke rose from the patio below - so we couldn't have the windows open. Parking was not in front and not clearly marked down the street. No staff available when the restaurant isn't open.

Apartment was big. In the main room it was available also a bed for a child and a seat for babies.

A sponge for washing the dishes would have been useful to have in the room. It would also be good to have in the kitchen a knife for bread.

The staff is friendly and the rooms big and have a kitchenette

It was extremely hot, snd no fans available, we had to get one ourselves! Very basic kitchenette, no bread knife, glasses are awful, and just one pan?

No breakfast, was ok, had a kitchen and bakery next door. We liked the space and view! We were on our bikes.

Decent value for money for a family

Location was convenient for us. Plenty of space in the family room. Staff was friendly and responsive.

Although there’s a kitchenette there’s hardly any utensils or add ons to use. No sharp knives at all, only pan available was a frying pan (but they brought us a boiling pan quickly after we requested one), no corkscrew, etc etc. Taking into account that restaurants are closed due to Covid (including the one at the hotel), that was a big miss. It also needs some revamping (for example the kitchen exhaust is very basic and old).

Very good location for trips and things around Bodensee.

Very good location, the building is very nice. The staff is friendly, however very busy because of the restaurant (Tres Amigos).

Room cleaning could be better.
