L'accueil, la propreté, la taille de l'appartement.

Mettre des produits de première nécessité :huile, vinaigre, sel et poivre. Une passoire et une poêle plus grande. Une éponge pour laver ce que l'on utilise ainsi que du produit à vaisselle.

Relax e accoglienza

La nostra camera era davvero spaziosa, avevamo anche una cucina a scomparsa e una bella terrazza. La colazione era abbondante e varia, la consiglio. L’ultimo giorno siamo partiti molto presto e ci hanno preparato un cesto con la colazione, ho apprezzato molto. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ho davvero un bel ricordo della nostra permanenza in questa struttura.

Hotel bueno calidad precio

El hotel es aceptable para unos días ,la habitación muy grande con cocina que tenía casi de todo , nosotros no la usamos solo el frigorifico.Estaba todo muy limpio con un buen armario y una terraza .Los desayunos bien había de todo.La ubicación no está lejos del pueblo pero al volver es cuesta arriba,de todas formas volvería solo por el trato de todo su personal de 10

El grifo del cuarto de baño se movía y solo hay un enchufe por lo demás estaba siempre limpio y reponian los amenitis

The staff was super nice, the pool and the 10/15 minutes walk to the beach and city centre.

Some incidents upon our arrival but everything was quickly solved by the staff.

Facilities are great (restaurant, bar, swimming pool etc.) and the room is very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The parking lot is a bit disorganized and offers little spots with shade, which is quite important during the summer.

Spacious and cosy room. Bed was quite comfy. the kitchenette features a stovetop, a refrigerator, kitchenware and a microwave. Very good breakfast. Big flat-screen TV. Nice and polite staff.

Sofa needs to be vacuumed. Some renovation would be helpful in the bathroom (missing small stretchable mirror). Some renovation would be helpful in the terrace: the handrail paint was peeled off. Very steep hills to reach the hotel - so brace yourself driving the car especially at night :)

Big rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff. Delicious burgers at the restaurant.

The pool could be a bit deeper. Also, make sure that you rent a car as there is quite a big hill when heading to the centre. You can leave your car on the hill for free and walk from there.

Overall happy, but there's a few areas which need to be addressed.

Room on the top floor, effectively a small apartment with a bedroom / sitting area and small kitchen. Looks like the bathroom had been refurbished, new bed, new flooring and probably fairly recently decorated. Reasonable bar area and decent food at breakfast / lunch. Generally quiet but did have some group of people driving for a music festival which were bit disruptive.

Patio doors to balcony desperately in need of some attention - old wood needing paint, and not easy to open or shut. We didn't use the kitchen, but again in need of a refurb. Looks like the hotel is a bit of a work in progress, with signs of refurb being carried out in a number of areas. Finally, pool needed a bit of attention - very clean when we arrived, but a bit of green algea starting to spread along the bottom by the time we left. Probably due to the high temps, but something which should have been addressed.

A lovely gem, only a few minutes drive from the Carvoeiro caves.

The rooms were exceptionally spacious and the bed was so comfortable. There was even a mini kitchenette in the room which was so inconspicuous but unexpectedly came in handy during our stay. On arrival we were offered a refreshing cold drink which was hugely welcomed in the heat, and reception was really efficient in checking us in on our late arrival. It was also great that they had 24 hr reception as we had to check out in the early hours of the morning, which we were able to do without any fuss. Breakfast and dinner options were enjoyable and the outside pool and lounge area made lazy days like a mini retreat.

Very clean and well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely pool area. Apartments very bright and spacious. Rooms cleaned every day. Bar food and drinks very reasonable.

A Beautiful Property When New

Our room was very spacious, and beds were so comfortable. Staff here are extraordinary; very helpful and polite. Modern bathroom. Wish the property was a little closer to the beach and into town. It is a strenuous walk into town because of the steepness of the hills. You will need a car.

The hotel is very old and tired and needs past due maintenance.

The reception staff are very efficient and knowledgeable. Give us very good information for us to decide on our boat ride or kayaking and to get around the town. When we encounter problems with our stove, the lady came almost immediately to fix the problem. Location of hotel is very good. We enjoyed our stay there very much. Thank you
