Very comfortable, beautifully appointed rooms but bring earplugs!

Room small but perfectly appointed with direct access to a lovely courtyard leading to the garden. Very comfortable bed with lovely bed-linen, big fluffy towels and lovely toiletries. Host was very welcoming. Breakfast was excellent made with fresh local produce.

The church bells just above the house! We live next to a church but this was quite different. The clock rings every quarter of an hour and then chimes on the hour, 24 hours a day so sadly, despite our blissfully comfortable bed, sleep was interrupted throughout the night. Bring earplugs as the Library House is lovely. Only lowered score because of disturbed sleep.

The Libary House is located in the middle of Ironbridge, allowing great access to all of the museums, cafes, pubs & restaurants. The accommodation is very well kept and very clean. We had the Chauser room, which has its own access to a private garden where you can sit and have a drink. Sarah & Tim were great hosts, and nothing was too much for them.We would highly recommend staying at The Libary House. We will definitely be staying there again in the future.

Overall a quality comfortable stay in the heart of beautiful historic Ironbridge.

A lot of thought and care had gone into the decor and furnishings in the property. The breakfast was excellent with an emphasis on good quality and local sourcing.

Friendly and helpful owners. Nice welcome. Comfortable and clean rooms. Good breakfast.

The only drawback is the unavoidable need to park in the public car park on the opposite side of the iron bridge. This is mitigated by the pleasure of crossing the bridge.

We could not fault the accommodation or the location it was perfect for a Christmas break. The breakfast was amazing and the hosts could not do enough for you, we would definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Beautiful B&B , very close to all the amenities and the famous bridge. Travelled for work, but would gladly stay here for pleasure too. Lovely breakfast , clean room, everything seemed new, but still the place was lovely and traditional

I defiantly be back.

As soon as I was greeted at the door my experience at the Library House B&B was great. As it was just me, I had a room that suited me. it was newly refurbished, very clean, nice breakfast. nice conversation.

I could not think of anything I disliked.

Exploring the heritage of Ironbridge was enhanced by staying in this lovely property.

Excellent location, my room had a view of the River Severn. A short walk across the bridge to the car park. Lovely to sit in the garden with tea & cake on arrival. Comfortable room, great breakfast, welcoming hosts.

Nothing at all about the property just the penalty of being a single traveller ….. always makes things expensive.

Beautiful house and garden,lots of lime tea touches,fresh flowers in the room,a small decanter with sherry in,beautiful pottery,everything was exceptional.

parking is an issue but we got round it.

Fabulous place; would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous place. We were treated to tea and cake on arrival. We had the use of the beautiful library room and the terraced garden during our stay. The bedroom was lovely and everything we could wish for was provided. A great choice for breakfast and a very welcoming host. Thank you, Sarah, for a lovely stay.

Wonderful place to stay by the Iron Bridge

Fantastic location, right next to the bridge in a quiet alley with room terrace overlooking the town. Great water pressure. Wonderful breakfast happily accommodating all dietary preferences and restrictions. The host, however, is the real asset. Everything was arranged to the smallest detail. One example out of many - when asked about dinner location, two places got recommended and by the time I changed (5 mins later), I was informed that the host took liberty to phone both places and found out that one of the two places was unfortunately already closed but the other was open and they were expecting me.

Excellent. Marriott and Hilton should take note of the cleanliness and service of up and coming B&Bs

We stayed in a small room named Chaucer. Although a small room it was spotlessly clean. The decoration and quality of the room were of a very high standard. A nice touch was a pot of tea and coffee with a cake delivered to the private garden terrace off our room. Little things like the patio table being sparkling clean and the tea set used, made it a pleasant experience . Breakfast was very good and freshly cooked.

really warm welcome to a beautiful home that has a lovely peaceful energy to it. Right next to the river and bridge. Oh and breakfast was delicious too!

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at the Library House!

Ideal location in the heart of Ironbridge world heritage area. Beautiful house, great breakfast and lovely host! Our bedroom was towards the back and was very quiet.
