the apartment is just perfect. So big and spacious, when I just went in I was feeling at home!

The location was perfect. It was really close to the Vatican city and Rome city centre was a 30 minute walk via the Vatican so it never felt like a long walk.
The apartment was really clean, the rooms where big. We had 6 adults and a child staying and we never felt squashed. There where chairs for all. The kitchen facilities where ideal for cooking but also there are a lot of restaurants locally.
Luigi was very helpful throughout the stay and Francesca was easily accessible via text and replied very fast.
No issues at all. Would definitely recommend and return.
Nothing!

Francesca is a wonderful host - answered all questions (ahead of and during our stay), gave great tips, stopped by personally when we had a technical question (heating control). Luigi lives nearby and is also personally available to answer any questions. The house is stylish, a bit dated but charming. The apartment is spacious, very well equipped, 3 bathrooms!!!, view and large terrace in courtyard (no sun > not hot). The area is safe. Bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, many restaurants, AND St. Peter's Basilica just a few steps away.
Necessary but noisy: One of the three bedrooms has its window to the street (with garbage pins standing close) - Rome's garbage pickup trucks came between 3am and 4am EVERY morning. If you are sensitive to noise, take the other bedrooms towards the courtyard, they are VERY quiet.

The location is perfect, city center. You can walk to everywhere. It is opposite to Vaticano. the house is big and comfortable. The rooms are big and the room has different baths in every room.
Normally , I was going to give 10 points to the house but while checking out, nobody checked the home, they just came and took the keys, but the the person in charge sent me a message that two shower gel were missing, this was humilitating, I was shocked and I tried to explain that we did not take shower gel, he did not answer me, and still ı sent him a message about the shower gels, I explained him the place of them. This was sad for me. Moreover, the address is hard to find. Use 64 bus and get off othe bus on Vaticano stop and find the star hotel and turn right. The apartment was there.

We loved that it was close to Vatican City and the San Pietro station where we picked up our train to the port city of Civitavecchia for our cruise. We also really like the communication with the owner and with Luigi who was very helpful. Both were always prompt with their responses to our inquiries.
A little far from the main tourist attraction but they were walkable. Had to leave bedroom doors open to cool main area of apartment.

It was Spacious enough for the eight people we had there. It was well equipped and clean and close to the railway station and bus depot. The flat was very secure and we all felt safe.
At the time of our booking they were decorating the building and it was noisy in morning.

Great location, just 5min walking distance from the Vatican.
3.8
The apartment was spacious with air con and all the facilities you need for a few days away. Francesca was lovely and really helpful and was happy to facilitate our 11pm arrival. Really convenient for the Vatican.
The location is a good 40 minute walk from any of the major sights, apart from the Vatican. There is a ‘balcony’, although this is an area overlooked by the other flats and isn’t a great place to relax in. The showers in two of the en-suites were a bit small - more like wetrooms.
