No one welcomed us or informed us about the breakfast or other facilities that were available. You will have to pay a fine for not doing your dishes, however, there's no washing gel or sponge available. There's a dish washer but no gel or capsules. We had to purchase all of it on the shop. You will be fined for not throwing your garbage out. However, there's no garbage bags available on the apartment nor someone tells you where to throw out your grabage nor there are containers. The bed sheets were with stains, you could see that someone had left saliva stains on the pillowcase. That was seriously disgusting. We stayed for 5 days in the summer and we had only one towel for each with no ability to get another one. Seriously? For the first 3 days we didin't have access to wifi and only recieved explanation when we contacted the host. No hair dryer available. The dishes were dirty so we had to rewash them before using them. Good thing that we bought the sponges :D. We asked for a business invoice when we booked the stay(with company details) no one contacted us about it and when we asked turns out they already generated invoice and couldn't include our business properties for accounting purposes. I guess you get what you paid for. The booking cost was low and after my review you can understand why.

The building is new, right next to the metro with great connectovity to city center and plenty of parking.

Basic utilities, basic to no assistance from office staff, due to weekend and holidays. Dishes were not clean, bed not so comfortable.

- Near the subway and bus stop - There was pretty stable WiFi in the room. - Early check-out - A hair dryer was provided upon request

For our planning (moulin jaune on one day and Pompidou the other) perfect place. Apreciate the nearby metrostation. All in all an acceptable base camp to visit Paris by car for a couple of days.

Only minimalist kitchen tools available. Dishwasher is there, but no soap for. Promised and reserved parking not accessible, no support for this (no chance to get anybody by phone nor by SMS Friday after 1801h). Fortunately, it was not charged and luckily we found some parking spaces for our big car around the block without collecting penalties (maybe because weekend or because we had foreign numberplates?)

+ great location: right by Maisons-Alfort Les Juilliottes metro station - 30 min & 2.1 € trip to the city centre + big supermarket and bakery across the road; + everything's very clean; + the furniture feels new and well tended to; + easy check-in and check-out; + even a small kitchen included! + it's just more of everything for the price that wouldn't get you much in, say, Manchester or Liverpool, let alone London; + it's Paris - how can it not be wonderful??

- the breakfast is included, but we checked in over the weekend and they only serve it Mon-Fri, so it's not really a negative, more like I didn't get to check it out; - the mini kitchen is nice and there is a microwave and a fridge, but no cutlery (or it's just very well hidden). This was perhaps the biggest thing.

The building it self was modern and near the metro which is perfect to get into the city. The free breakfast was a warm suprise. The staff was flexible even when we arrived much earlier.

stayed for five night but only one day worth of shampoo is provided, I asked for more but they told me that I will need to pay for the rest? no house keeping service and you need to empty the bin yourself when you check out, no hair dryer, and there is a bit of distance from the city centre

Very average. Quite a fair amount of dust but overall clean. Bed sheets quite rough but okay.

The apartment was clean, spacious, with sufficient equipment.

Breakfasts were really small, if you want to stay here during your stay in Paris, metro is here really crowded and it’s pretty far to centre.

Freedom. It's a loft equiped with kitchen items.

It was troublesome to get the keys. There was no one there and we weren't able to reach anyone, even with a clear message that we could leave the luggage at the place.

Convenient location near the public transport

It was not so clean in the room and sometimes hard to find parking place 🅿️
