We loved everything about this charming accommodation… so quiet and peaceful. William and Alessandra were simply the kindest hosts. So helpful and attentive to whatever we asked for or needed help with. Their sweet cat ‘BiBi’ was a delight.
Having access to a washing machine was great! The beautiful flowers that Alessandra would tend to every morning and the birds singing outside our room was lovely. We would definitely stay here again if we were visit Riomaggiore again. Thank you William and Alessandra for everything, you truly made our stay in your beautiful accommodation very special.
Absolutely nothing to dislike.

We LOVED everything about this property.
From the time we arrived Alessandra was wonderful.
Our room was so beautiful. Large, clean and comfy.
Our breaky for the next day was already in our kitchen and was plenty.
Alessandra went above and beyond. The first night the rains arrived a lot and ever restaurant closed early. We hadn't eaten and when we arrived back at the accommodation, she came down to us and asked if she could make us dinner. She's so kind.
I'd highly recommend this property to stay at. It's in a great location too. Amazing.
There was absolutely nothing that we didn't like about this property.

William and Alessandra were the most gracious hosts for our one-night stay in Riomaggiore in Cinque Terre. This was a 25th birthday trip for my twin daughters. Property was a little bit of a walk but everything is there. The elevator from the train station up to the main path was out of order, so if that is working it makes the walk easier. William messaged to let us know of this before we arrived and offered someone to help with bags if needed. The room was immaculate, had AC, and a kitchenette. They left all the goodies so you can have a quick breakfast before your day of fun. And since we had the Nessun Dorma Pesto Experience booked (highly recommend!) for the day we were leaving, Alessandra was nice to hold our bags after checkout.
Nothing we did not like

The room was spacious and clean. Very easily accessible from the train via a lift near the station. Both William and Alessandra were really lovely and accomodating! This was by far our best stay in Italy.

Alessandra and William were amazing hosts. They were friendly and extremely helpful. You can't enter Riomaggiore by car, so they helped us find a parking space in the mountain and then gave us a ride back to the village. Same when we left, William gave us a ride back to our car after dinner. They also let us use their beach towels during the entire day after we had already checked out. The room was very spacious, we pretty much had an entire apartment for ourselves, with 2 beds, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, just 3 minutes from the main street, and conveniently near 2 elevators which allow you to go either to the parking lot in the top, or the train station in the bottom. They are also very fond of cats, and they have a guests cat book, which you can contribute to.

This place is truly a hidden gem. Alessandra and William are the sweetest of people and truly do what they can to make your stay comfortable. There is an outer gate to the property right at the street that is always locked. The bedroom was really good sized; big enough for a double bed and a futon. The kitchen/outer area also a decent size. The bathroom is very small, but so is practically everything in this wonderful little town. This is not a hotel chain where you find bottles of water that cost $5 to open, but instead your included breakfast is so much stuff from bread to cookies to even cheeses in the fridge. There is what I would refer to as a full-sized dorm room kitchen. Sink with microwave, hotplate, pots and pans, tea kettle, small fridge, etc. There is a pulley out back if you want to dry your bath towel quickly, just be aware the wind can pick up and blow things around a bit, so pin stuff down.
Everything that would answer this question would be general stuff about the area or the town and simply be extremely minor complaints about things being different than you may be used to.
In general, Europe does not do ice and even the cold drinks you find at shop in the fridge, tended to be cool in my estimation rather than cold. This is also a "siesta" town, so do not expect to get up at 6am and find breakfast options (this is why it is offered in your room). Buy some eggs and cook them in your room, eat the cereal and OJ provided, and get your photo taking in early while few people are up and about. The town tends to start opening doors at 11am, often closes for an hour or so in the afternoon, and then is open until 10 or 11pm. Again, extremely minor things that are simply different than I am used to.

We had large bright room, shower and small kitchen, where everything was exceptionally clean, mattresses are very convenient, aircorn available, in kitchen you have all what needed to make breakfast or even more if needed. Owners of the hotel are wonderful people, supportive and welcoming. They gladly help you and answer your questions. You will find also detailed instructions and also suggestions what to see in region in the room. The hotel has an excellent location, at the higher point of the city and very close to the central street. Everything was excellent and we hope to come back one day! You are doing a great job. Best wishes and many thanks from Latvia 🇱🇻
There is nothing to mention. Everything was great.

This was our favorite place to stay from the various places we traveled in Italy. The hosts are fabulous, and the little touches show their care for their guests. Lots of room, everything you might need, and warm & friendly owners.
We had just a smidge of a view of the sea, but we knew that when booking. Not a negative on the stay at all!

The host came to pick us up at the ferry stop. It was very helpful because we had busy schedule on the day. He showed us where to walk so that we didn't have to check with the google map constantly. The apartment was spacious, clean, the breakfast was generously stocked and the room was nicely warm in the end of the cold day.

The accommodation was very close to the station and to the main street. The room was lovely and spacious. It had a door that opened to give a sneaky little view of the ocean and a gorgeous little spot to hang the washing. The kitchen was roomy and had plentiful breakfast supplies. William and Alessandra were perfect hosts and helped with our bags, assisted in operating the washing machine, and swapped our hair-dryer when it stopped working. There was a gorgeous little outdoor courtyard between the rooms with a couple of deck chairs where you could sit and play with Bibi, the cat.
There was nothing to fault!

Friendly and helpful HOSTS. It was well placed in the city, easy for Hiking rutes in Cinque terre, which was our purpose of stay. The room was big the beds were very good. Very clean and with a separate kitchen.
We liked it all. A kindly recommondation could be a more solid breakfast f.x. dark bread and fresh fruit.

A typical Italian breakfast.

Honestly, one of the highlights of Italy. William and Alessandra were very kind and welcoming. The apartment itself was spacious, and the facilities far exceeded what we expected. It was in a great location, only a stone's throw away from some beautiful sunsets, and it was a very short walk to the shops.
I genuinely cannot think of a single thing.
